Defending ...quite the opposite. Your missing my point...............when i said what is a gangster................what does a gangster do ? how does he earn money ?...................If he steals it he,s a thief.......if he deals drugs he,s a drug dealer.....if he sells brasses he,s a pimp..........just because he does it with a few of his mate doesnt turn him into a gangster.............like being a gangster is some exclusive little club !

So whats a gangster then ? I wouldnt necessarily call it craving fame............lets face it,if somebody dangles 50k in front of you to tell your story.......and your now living a straight life,why not.....if you dont mind the f****n embarassment of it all that is !!

6 months or so before that fight must of been late ,s Duran was in London i watched him spar Nigel Benn..........Duran was out of shape and flabby,Benn hadnt won a title yet but was in great nick as he had a fight coming up.........it was only a light spar but Duran made him look silly in parts his sheer ability and movement was unbelievable......as you say at 37 !!

I think the term " gangster " is used by people who have watched films or read books.................its so much more romantic than the boring reality of a few blokes getting money the easy way................As for the stardom of it all.......im with you.............but like it or not theres a market for it.

Like who ?...............Off the top of my head i can think of at least 5 people who publically made no secret about turning qe............none of them " got a bullet in the head " as you say.. As much as we all like to think everything was so much stronger back in the good ol days.....the reality is some things simply dont change,and never will............90% of people will do what it takes to save their own arse.....anyone who thinks otherwise should stick to a 9 to 5 !

Ive got a shed/outhouse sort of thing.................at the moment its got a f****n great fish tank,an indoor aviary........................and a sofa.......its a place of peace and quiet where i can go and hang out with my birds

I know im being a bit of a melt showing pictures but im well chuffed with the little dudes As you can probably see they are in one of those silly little indoor aviary things ....would that be anything to do with why they have bred maybe sooner in the year than most the fact that its a touch warmer in there.....or doesnt it work like that.

Hello mate i dont know a great deal about the Mexican fighters of that era i do know he fitted a lot into a very short career wasnt he killed at 24/25 but he,d already mixed it with a lot of big names and faired well..........If you look at Nelsons career though he improved with age and fought all the great fighters his bouts with Marcos Villasana were great fights so if i had to guess id say he would of beaten Sanchez had they fought again......but thats all it would be is a guess and i know people say Sanchez could of been an all time great......so hard to say

At this moment Britain has 5 fighters ranked in the world top 15...............yet only David Haye has even FOUGHT let alone beaten another top 15 fighter. We have a lot of potential in the division.....but at this moment potential is all it is.

Dont really know much about these boys but im told they really put it on the line last time so look forward to it should be a good fight.

Mcguigan was the younger man in that fight.....he retired at only 28 remember and he didnt have a particularly hard career so i dont think physically he was past it at all.

No your absolutely right mate.....i dont think Mcguigan stylistically would of dealt with him so the fact Nelson easily beat the man who beat the man kind of thing just reinforces it for me.............Mcguigan was a pressure fighter who didnt do well off the back foot,a guy of Nelsons physical strength would have had him on the back foot.....personally i think Mcguigan was overated as a fighter.

In what respect ? thats he,s not an explosive hard hitting fighter......or that having already won a world title he couldnt win another one. Personally id rate him still far above any other Brit at this moment.

Oh right i didnt know that i just presumed they all had to have them.....split rings sounds much easier i guess you just wrap them round the leg and clamp them shut............and presumably it dont really need to be done so young ?....yes its only for id purposes i dont fancy all that showing malarky.

Not all but most Just like crime figures the statistics are there.....if statistics show that more black people commit violent crime than white people.....or more Rottweilers bite people than Golden Retrievers..............................then thats just how it is.

Can you honestly see a breed of dog that does a jolly little trot across a Crufts showring every year being on a banned breeds list ?......The 150 odd year old kennel club being one of the most corrupt organisations in existence .........................................how strange that the only 4 breeds of dog on the banned breeds list are breeds not even recognised by the kennel club.......3 of which have never even stepped foot in Britain in the first place ! It would take a Rottweiler or Stafford to remove the arms of The Queen and Prince Charles before putting them on a banned breeds list
