Cant agree with that mate......if i remember right,did Keane not end Hangerlands career ?..........what was he getting revenge for Hangerland didnt touch him Keanes injury was an accident............so he stood over him big deal............" done what he thought he had to do "............it was a cheap and cowardly thing to do. Dont get me wrong i liked Keane as a player.....but as a man he comes across as an idiot.

We,ve been in trouble on and off the pitch before.............and never had to resort to buying 7 foot Africans or lumping the ball up the pitch......we became a respected club because of our traditions not inspite of them !

As we know the yanks like to do everything bigger and better................but never forget.....as much as people slag off our home grown sports stars,plenty of them are out there doing their bit for needy children....its just not so " in your face " as the yanks do it. I tip my hat to ANYONE who gives time/money to those less fortunate than themself.

If your a genuine football fan but just dont like the way the English game has gone.........you would go down the local park and watch Sunday football....... The fact you say you would not miss it if you never saw a football kicked again...................tells me your not and probably never was a true fan of football. What happened 5 years ago, did you sell the boot? They broke, the ball fell off of them and it got picked up by someone else but when I went to get it back they chucked themselves on the deck and rolled around in excrutiating agony. Im going by fans i see and speak to at England games and the last few games i was at they were calling for his head then and that was before their league position was tricky............they despised his way of playing where the most important player in the side was the man who took the throw ins !! Im not after guarenteed success.....we did ok before Allardyce we,re never going to be a top 3 club but we,re also never going to be a permanent championship side he hasnt done anything managers before him didnt do................. Totally agree...............as little as i know about politics it seems glaringly obvious to me Thatcher was the last politician we ever saw who was led by her own values and reacted to her own beliefs instead of just doing and saying whatever made them popular to get votes..............That should always stand for something.

Beautiful !..................Sport is one of the greatest man made creations of all time in my opinion and that clip is another example of how it touches peoples lives..............For a few minutes a dying child can be the happiest person alive.......what else apart from sport could do that.

I understand exactly what your saying mate..............I dont expect to be entertained with beautiful football every week,but as a traditional old football club who have spent 100 odd years playing a certain style of football......i cant accept all that being wiped out in 2 seasons...........ultimately its the owners call from now on.....and like i said earlier they are playing a dangerous game as this is not a club whos fans come from all over the country .......if they lose the core support they wont get it somewhere else like the Arsenals/Utd/LIverpool do.

Of course we knew what to expect from Allardyce.....he did what he,s good at and we,re back up and so he deserved the following year..............but its stick or twist now...............i think if not for the new stadium he would be out at the end of this year......but due to the importance of going into the new ground as a premier league club they will probably stick rather than twist. At West Ham we are not used to this sort of football and its not acceptable.................same with Stoke they are screaming out for Pulis to go now and i dont blame them one bit.......this style of footbal

I dont get into debates on subjects i dont know enough about and i really dont have a great knowledge or interest in politics Brookie........my simple point is the fact a grocers daughter reached the very highest level of her profession.............i admire that. That said,do you think she left the country in a worse state than she found it then ?.......just out of interest like. gnash i think she destroyed this country and its heritage .i firmly believe the countries like it is now because of what this woman did when she was in power You didnt answer the question though mate

I suppose its a north/south thing id imagine northerners wouldnt have too much to like about her and folk from the south would.....but regardless whether you love or hate her i think you have to respect her accomplishments as an individual...........a grocers daughter to prime minister.....hats off to that.

Thats up to you..........but sorry thats just not acceptable at West Ham..............we played flair football throughout the generations before Allardyce with good and bad times................ive never known a West Ham side before Sam Allardyce that didnt go out and try to win the football match.......Some clubs parking the bus is an accepted way of getting points.....this is the academy of football its not accepted here and never will be,simple.

Part of the reason Americans have never embraced football is they just cant get their head round the fact we play a match for 90 minutes and nobody wins............ok we all laugh at them when they say things like " dont you play overtime when its a tie " ............but after all said and done sport is about competition not survival...............think how much better the game would be if you got 1 point for winning...............and thats it !!....0 for a draw and 0 for a loss............if points are drawn at the end of the season it go,s to goal average. Firstly,we are safe......its highly unlikely we are going down so for me its Thankyou and goodbye Mr Allardyce.........this club has spent 90% of its time in the top flight of English football by playing fast attacking flair type football..............ok it took us down a few years back but shit happens. We havent won at Liverpool for over 50 years............but i guarentee you the majority of proper West Ham fans will be more disappointed with the way we got a point yesterday than the way we have been beaten in previous years.

I meant the game in terms of what its about......essentially,its a competition to see who wins and who loses.....nothing changed has it ? And ive said for many years i feel sorry for fans of clubs like Man City/Chelsea.............their identity has been stolen from under their noses........if my club was taken over by a foreign billionaire who bought success id stop going,simple.
