Always thought he sounded a bit camp but now im over that i find him funny thought John Bishop was good when he first come about but he just irritates me now. From years ago Les Dawson was a favorite of mine very funny man.

With Dagenham Fords up the road it was Ford or nothing round here ......first car i legally owned was bought as a signing on fee by my old boxing manager,that and 6 months rent on the first house id ever lived in.......over 30 years ago now where has the time gone......loved this car thought i was the bee,s knees.....what a dick

Cant say as im all that familiar with them mate....more of a northerners breed i think ?.....not sure there would be many in rescues down here whereas id of thought Jacks would be ten a penny.

The old boy has a neighbor with a scatty little Staff sort that terrorises the local dogs apparently......while a sharp word in the shell of the owner will probably suffice its not really a battle i want to get involved in......so what with the old boys age a dog small and light enough to pick up and carry if needs be is going to suit better.....Westies are too hairy,Lurcher/Whippet/Greyhound too big........he,s pretty much decided on a nice little smooth coated Jack Russell.....thanks for the ideas anyway ....just a case of finding one now.

Cant say as ive ever watched a horror film that actually put the shits up me but anything with kids savaging folk always gets my attention......a film called Children of the Corn and another one similar i forget the name of it always made me wish id tried harder when my kids were small Not strictly a horror but Silence of the Lambs always gets you thinking as well.

Went round the ol boys earlier armed with pics and video that a very decent member off here had sent me but unfortunately the dog wasnt for him,little bit too strong and robust but if i was on the lookout for a working terrier id certainly be on his ear,cracking dog and a nice gesture thankyou mate We did speak about a Greyhound but again just a little bit too much dog really he just wants something small and light.....we looked at a load of dogs on some of these rehoming websites so he could get an idea ....he,s got his eye on a few little Jack Russells so we,ll take it from there,dont k

Believe it or not................its called Earth Formation Artwork !!!.....................I live a few minutes from there and have seen them digging away over the last 6 months or so......they invite artists from all over to design them,this one was given a 50k grant but they will be popping up all over the country apparently........it will eventually be planted out with trees/shrubs along the sloping sides,we had notice of all the details about 5 years ago when planning permission was first applied for but thought they,d changed their minds up till 6 months ago when they started it.........

Gorgeous.......nice bit of Kleftiko cant beat it........or Stifado if you like your beef......if you like an Olive you,ll love it .............if i had to choose id pick Greek above anywhere for food but like any place its how its cooked.................. I did once book a weeks holiday on the spur of the moment just to go to a certain restaurant i liked in Rhodes thats how much i like it

Like I said..., I don't think football's any less popular up here than anywhere else....certainly in Europe. There's a wee bit of grass right out the front of me and it's been full of lads, up to maybe about 10 or 11 year old, out playing football all summer. No different to what it would have looked like when I grew up in the 70's/80's. I know a few guys that coach kids teams and they take them abroad for tournaments etc. The one thing they all comment on is the standard of facilities in the likes of Holland, Belgium, Germany etc. We definetely lack accessible facilities for kids. Yep thats what i was getting at was are the youngsters still as keen as ever................i would of thought with the emphasis becoming more on bringing through young talent now would be the time yet it seems a while since the last really good Scottish player......when you remember back to years gone by and some of the great players Scotland produced it just seems odd why they have all dried up i just wondered whats changed.

He wouldnt like a big dog he strokes this little Patterdale that walks by his place and his minds set on a small Terrier type i think......i reckon he likes the idea of sticking the dog under his arm and walk in for a pint and a game of domino,s myself ....cheers for the kind words chaps he,s a nice ol boy given me years of great advice and stories he just seemed to lose his way when his wife went which i know is common but just have to do our bit i suppose...........a walk round the rescues i think it is then
