Heres the bit i dont get........throughout the 50,s/60,s/70,s/80,s right up to very recent Celtic would get around 60k for the Rangers game....yet would still only AVERAGE 25k over the season.........if the ground was capable of holding 60k every week why didnt it ? The figures suggest the Old Firm game is very well supported but the club itself is not........i fail to see how 25k people in a 60k ground can ever be classed as great crowds ! Seems to me this Massive Celtic thing is all if buts and maybes !

Sad but true..............ive been around some rehoming centres last few days i was absolutely staggered by the amount of Staffs and crosses virtually % of dogs had bull of some sort in them.

I think he would come back he dont seem the type to hold a grudge......im not sure he will though simply because he must be in his late 60,s now i think maybe this could be his last job............i dont think he would disrespect West Ham by coming back if not 100% committed so maybe its getting too late now.

Burtons they were the days we,d be on the a12 up there every other weekend trying to squeeze a few more bhp out.....didnt have a clue what we was paying for looking back they probably rubbed their hands together when they saw us idiots pull up outside ......its still there and going strong believe it or not,takes up the whole corner now ! Had a couple of RS,s......mark 1 and a mark 2 nose cone job i still see the mark 2 around today last i heard it sold for 30k odd......loved them cars.

The old boy ended up with a nice little 3 year old Jack Russell,settling in well and getting his feet under the table already ........both dog and owner seem made for each other so turned out nice in the end.....thanks again for the advice.

the reason i say that mate is, celtic are a massive club, can pull in big crowds weekly no problem, the atmosphere is well known, commented on by many top players and managers over the years. lets say we were in the epl, who wouldnt invest big in a club like celtic? there would be many offers, same goes for the smaller team in glasgow the rangers I havent delved into these Celtic debates for a while but you seem a sensible enough chap Joe.....tell me....where has this " big crowds " thing at Celtic sprung from ?......If im not wrong its only really the last 10 -15 years that Celtic ha

Dont think theres any doubts about how good Ferguson was.............but theres something going on at that club....i have no idea what,but keeping things simple theres enough good footballers at that club to be showing better than they are.....i dont believe sportsmen go from good to bad overnight and regardless of managers they should be able to throw their best 11 players out on the pitch in any formation you like and say " just crack on boys "..............and be able to deal with most teams. Its a mystery to me whats going on.

I really do fail to see what there is to dislike about the lad Dyer to the normal working man.....like anyone dragged up in a very rough area he used his talent to better himself.....good luck to him i say. Why would a lad who went to acting school think he,s a tough guy is that not what acting is all about ?............I think he,s good in the parts he,s played i thought he,d be a bit of a miniature Mike Reid in Eastenders but they seem to of toned him right down......and as for that daft face he pulls all the time whats all that about !
