Got to be honest i cant see the use of a flirt pole with running dogs for anything other than a bit of fun.......flirt pole is not a conditioning tool your not going to get lung power from it they are just a way of bringing up a dogs reflexes and sharpness thats all.

Ive always thought Khan could give Mayweather problems mainly due to the handspeed.......but i think its foot speed that will hurt Mayweather most and from what ive seen of Golovkin his footspeed although not amazingly quick is so intelligent,he just seems to glide into range effortlessly ive not seen footwork like Golovkins before its so unusual....i think he has all the tools,as well as natural size of course to beat Mayweather. I cant see why Duff would need to lie about it but Dean was one of the most honest chaps in the game and Duff.......well....he wasnt ....but who cares anyway.....he,s certainly made some strange statements though Atlas i know he got in a bit of a pickle when between rounds he asked Michael Moorer if he wanted him ( Atlas ) to go out and fight instead not exactly inspiring !.....I do think a lot of that D amato wisdom rubbed off on folk around him i always thought Kevin Rooney was an interesting guy to listen to also.

Everyone needs a little encouragement from time to time mate we,re too quick to give up on people sometimes..........if a couple of good folk ive known had given up on me at one point id of been an even bigger f**k up than i am already ......cant,wont,shouldnt whats the difference just give it a go......trying is not weak quitting is.

Nothing wrong with that.....you forgot the angel though I did similar myself....left the pine cones out though ......how did you fix the tree limbs ,can they come off easy to wash them etc ?.....the metal rod that go,s through them i bent over at one end and put a hook in the wood so they,re nice and easy to take out. Looking good anyway.

Ive split them now 1 pair seem hard at it.....i nicked one of the cock birds off the mate but yes he,s doing well with them he,s got right into it i ask him advice now its like the blind leading the blind but between us we can hopefully produce some nice little birds.

Ive come to realise that the true favours you do people are not about the money you give but the time you give.......anyone can throw a note at someone i think thats often more about helping ourself than the other person....ive done it myself where ive given money away thinking im doing a good turn but really its just to make myself feel better about what an arsehole i was ! Rather than start a new topic i,ll carry on this one........i put a nest pan and a few bits of material in the aviary a week ago and ive now got a Goldie hen who has completely ignored the pan but is building a nest in a crappy piece of conifer about 18 inches away from it.......would you just leave her to it or try to strategically place it all in the nest pan ?.....where shes building it doesnt look the most stable of places for a nest but what do i know.

Probably just overexertion....if you dont get enough fluids into you a touch of dehydration on an overexerted muscle will lead to an electrolyte imbalance and bang theres your cramp.......wouldnt worry about it mate if its just the odd time...........if it starts getting regular though might be worth getting your cholesterol checked.

If its for Canaries mate i found i had to sling them wicker ones after 1 clutch whereas with the plastic ones just clean them and away you go again if your breeding in cages that is...and of course they have a little door so easy access to eggs if your a clumsy f****r like me !.....in an aviary i had the nest felts stitched into the plastic pans but probably too much messing about looking back......wicker for aviary,plastic for cages in my limited experience.
