  1. Theres a lot of difference between a 1 or 2 year pro fighting nobodies to a top 10 ranked 6/7 year pro fighting nobodies.......once a fighter breaks into the top 10 they cant be fighting nobodies both for their own growth as well as sporting competition for a paying public in my opinion.....but unfortunately it happens.
  2. Doesnt warrant being pay per view its probably the best British card of the year ! Joshua/Whyte Eubank jnr/O Sullivan Mitchell/Barosso Bellew Warrington Ward Cambell Beyond Fury/Klitchko last night id never heard of anyone.
  3. Firstly im " a " man not the " the " man ......i think not laying a glove is unrealistic but would he beat him tomorrow......no i doubt it but then would Fury have won a world title as a 2 year pro ? no i doubt that either so its a meaningless argument really. Serious question here. Now I don't follow boxing religiously but I do enjoy these hyped fights. So honestly why does a boxer have to wait years to fight the best in the business? I hear all the time that this era is one of the worst in the heavy weight division so is there any point in young quality talent like AJ fighting his way thro
  4. I think thats a bit unfair mate.....yes we know this is the worst era in heavyweight history but we knew that beforehand.......on a performance like that you have to question the quality of Klichkos opponents for the last 10 years but sometimes a fighter is just better than we think......i dont think it took any amazing strategy to figure out what Fury had to do it was a pretty straightforward plan its just whether he could execute it or not.....i didnt think he would be able to but he is technically better and more disciplined than i gave him credit for the main task was to take away Klitchko
  5. Hanging here too...off out for a livener on me way down Carrow road as we got Arsenal at home today...wont be betting on that...did have money on Fury...if Whyte can do the business on the 12th...im in for a nice few quid...good to have a British born Heavyweight champion of the world...despite how bad a singer he is Did you have the double on the Joshua/Whyte fight as well then ? what price did you get ? Fair play to you its always refreshing to see folk having the courage of their conviction to put their money where their mouth is andcommit to a prediction instead of half heartedly

  7. Of course he is over hyped all Olympians are when they enter the pro game........Fury had 7 years in the pro game before fighting for a world title so Joshua has 5 years of learning/experience yet....... i fully expect him to walk through Dillian Whyte who himself is an exciting talent so fair play to both boys for taking the fight.
  8. I havent paid much attention to the mma stuff for years but folk have been telling me recently about this kid Mcgregor so been doing some research he,s certainly an engaging and charismatic chap i admire folk who put themself up on offer like that it makes the win cleaner but the loss dirtier .....i know nothing about his opponent my last interest in Ufc was back in Shamrock/Couture/Ortiz sort of era so interested to see how far its come and this fight seems to be on the biggest stage so i look forward to it who will be favorite going in ?
  9. Ive known Jimmy and Mark a lot of years nans pat and cant remember them slagging off anyone too often.......its why they are so respected in the game so id be interested to see what you mean....if its on Youtube it shouldnt be too difficult to find ?
  10. They say things come in 3,s so i might as well admit it......i also said i went to a West Ham game once ......i just dont know whats got into me !
  11. Are you for real......every bet on Skybet allows you to remove selections why wouldnt it ..........you dont believe me ?......oh well i dont know what im going to do now ......ok chief im making it all up just to fool you
  12. Absolutely....im probably a bit out of touch with the heavyweight division as its just so hard to get interest in it over recent years but i just presumed Klitchko to be a tough fearless man having held the title so long but what the gypsy boys have said all along is right he is terrible....ive never seen a champion so timid and reluctant to take a punch.......surely thats his lot now ? they could fight 100 times i think Fury would win easier each time on that showing. I thought Klitchko would either knock him out early or Fury would stay out of the way and build up the points......but it
  13. Did Klitchko throw the right hand all night ? i must of missed it.......i thought he was diabolical to be honest but as a fighter you put your opponents hesitance down to your own movement which Fury should rightly do.......i,ll be surprised if we dont hear Klitchko come out with a broken right hand over the coming days.
  14. But i also had the same stake on Klitchko inside the distance as well....hedging your bets i think its called Plus im hoping James Degale keeps my hopes up in a couple of hours. Its been a good night so far Ooops bit big with the pics sorry.
  15. .....well in son get in there and milk it.......clearly your not enjoying the occasion with the rest of the " family " so we,ll all on here sing you a song and you can pull up a chair and celebrate with us Editted to add......your mans been world champion 5 minutes and your first reaction is to come on here poking your tongue out at me ( some random bloke on the internet ) ........but hey im not complaining Don ive got first shot at the title remember
  16. Fantastic what a result.....just sat looking at my orrible c**t pals sitting their with their head in their hands while im bouncing round the room punching the air like a lunatic !.....I thought Fury won by an even bigger margin than the judges gave him his jerky unorthodox style looked like it had Klitchko spooked to me it was an awful performance from him but who cares Fury is technically a better fighter than i gave him credit for.......im sure the Gypsy boys who come on here are dancing for joy and as bigger f****n idiot as Brookie is....as a man to another man i am delighted for him and t
  17. Could of got 9/2 with Skybet..........Fury to win in rounds 6 or 7 is 33/1 ......might have a bit of that myself.
  18. To me its the difference between gypsies who are desperate to be world champion fighters and gypsies who are desperate to be showbiz celebrities......look at the difference between how Fury conducts himself and how these 2 boys conduct themself......is Fury more gypsy than these 2 ? no..... is he fighting for more of a world title ? no.........these 2 boys want to hurt each other as much as any fighter wants to hurt their opponent but can still have a respectful common sense sit down discussion and spend every minute purely discussing the sport of boxing which after all is the only thing boxin
  19. Well if you want to compare trainers of champions to a wild excitable gypsy fresh out of the shovel then you do that......ask Tony Wilson if he,d have his parents round him again https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e5AYEw2rAFM
  20. While i agree Hearn has a great energy about him and in the long run is going to be brilliant for boxing in this country he,s had a little bit of a head start on Frank ......ive said for many years nobody has done more for young British fighters than Frank Warren a man who started from nothing going on to compete with and against iconic names such as Mickey Duff on the domestic stage and Don King on the world stage when America was the dominant force in the sport.....i think it unfair to put slick silver spoon Eddie in that league yet........Frank was making a business from a hobby Eddie is m
  21. If your going to compare fighters and their records then do it accurately....... i admire Joshuas willingness to take on a genuine threat, personally i think he is going to smash through Whyte in short order but when you look at records and timing then it makes Furys record look a joke.....Joshua has been a pro for 2 years and his next fight is against an unbeaten young prospect his own size who already has a win over him.......Fury has been a pro 7 years now and at the same stage of his career he fought an unknown fighter named Zack Page who he outweighed by 60 lb who had already lost 40 fight
  22. What a shit undercard ive never heard of any of them........i think Klitchkos mob spend so much on the main event they dont have much money left for the undercard......which being pay per view doesnt bode well if the main event is a quick ko !
  23. Its why most " professional " athletes prefer to keep their parents at a safe distance.......proud parents bring too much emotion to a situation requiring calmness.
  24. well , lets put it this way, you only can go on what dogs you get and see work , true or not .? Bryn always been good rabbit dog and that's all , my bullxs were good dogs for what they were bred for. now my gsd x grey doing every thing that I want him to do, and better than the bullxs, because he far more agile for 1, 2nd a lot better stamina , and 3rd justy as much fire in him as them . So yes I do think he great dog, not best out there,as there 1000's better than him, but if you want a dog who will run all night long, tackle what you put him on give 100%, then the gsd xgrey from what i
