ive read this post with interest. ive re'read it. and thought about it. ive thought about it and thought back to my beardie and border collie lurchers i had years back and the terrier crosses ive owned. ive came to the conclusion that . my collie crosses did not lack prey drive. and pre ban proved this. on regular occasions. however they did learn much faster than my terrier lurchers. by dint of trial and error. if they hit a hedge or fence. by going in to hard they learned to check their pace a little . whilst my terrier crosses will smash through the hedge. not once or twice but every time.

hats off to the young lad with the G R. as he has the dog under close control . my problem is the damage that may happen everytime some daft sod lets there mutt plough into my dogs whilst they are on a leash. as one of my dogs is a little like the new breed of golden retreivers
bulldog are good strong spades they do a fibre glass one strong and durable. last a lifetime if used correctly. some folk think a shovel is also an axe and bar.
