Yesterday afternoon I was answering a post in Bobcullen79's thread http://www.thehuntinglife.com/forums/topic/332653-trammels/ when I posted my reply nothing happened, so I tried again, only to loose my connection with THL. I was unable to reconnect until I rebooted my router to give me a new IP address, that was this afternoon. So this evening I again tried to reply to the thread, which I had saved in word. Yet again I was disconnected from the site and my IP banned. I emailed the reply to a mate and he tried to post it in the above thread and his IP was banned. The only problem is

When this thread first started one of my posts was that religion is a way of coping with the fact that we are mortal. However, reading this thread it does seem to me that to the believers it is a lot more than that. It does not change the way I think, but it does change the way I think about others. I have always respected a persons belief no matter what their religion. I may not agree with it, but I have to acknowldge their faith and respect it. That respect was from a viewpoint of tolorance, now it is from a viewpoint of more understanding of what faith actually is. TC

Crab is great fresh, and without a doubt would be my first choice bait for most sea fishing. However, frozen crab can and does catch fish as long as it is frozen correctly. To freeze crab you have to get every little bit of the gills out of the crab failure to do this will end up with a smelly unpalatable mess that almost any sea fish will not eat. ( well maybe doggies will eat it). I have used frozen crab many time, I found it better if you kept them frozen and put them on the hook frozen, that way as they thaw in the water they start a trail and release their juices slower. Fraz, as far as I am aware the bible only states that Adam & Eve had two children, although I am willing to be corrected. But even if they did have other children, how were they out in the wilderness and not in the garden of Eden? TC

You go to your doctors and ask for a months prescription for your tablets and he refuses. Does that mean he does not think you will last a month and may peg it at any time? Or that he is just hedging his bet in case? TC

The problem is Fraz, is that for every bit of information that is pro bible, you have an equal amount that is just as plausible for atheism. Regarding the born again Christians I known of three that became evangelical once they thought that they had found Christianity. All three were right wasters before their revelation. In my own humble opinion their revelation, was actually just growing up, and finding out that they are not the centre of the universe, the world does not revolve around them and them coming to terms with that. I just made one up out of an old fork drill a hole in the handle and add a lanyard and your ready to go. When using it DO NOT pull the netting tight, grab the thorn by the base and stroking away from yourself use the bent tip to gently pull the meshes off the thorns. Gently is the operative word here. TC
