    My mate keeps and works a bedlington, mainly for rabbiting, and he's a cracking dog working alongside the ferrets. Although my mates isn't into foxing the dog killed his first a couple of weeks ago, it was in a pile of bricks and rubbish. It was the dogs first and he stuck to his guns, killed it and pulled it out, it was a nice vixen..

    I have a whippet pup at a simular age, She's in the house too and is as clean as can be, has been since i got her at 16weeks old. She sleeps in a cage at night. Whippets as a rule don't drink like that unless there is something wrong. I feed mine a complete dry food and they don't drink excessive amounts, between the 2 they will probably drink about 1/2 a pint a day. As already stated i would be taking her to the vets and getting her looked at as something isn't quite right with the bitch drinking the amount she's drinking.     Well i've decided to sell all of my mk1 ferret finders and change over to the mk3m. They are listed on my website and they will be available from the end of march. A small deposit will secure.     I'll second that TPMS is by far the best. Landywoods failed miserably when they tried to charge me for rotten meat they delivered.

    No mate, i asked her why she was shouting the pup and she said her dog was walking on the ice yesterday and she thought it was alright. The pup was walking at my side until she started calling her!!!. I thought the woman was shouting her pup until i turned around and saw my pup on the ice and the stupid woman still calling her.

You were lucky it was not deeper or it could have been a fatel outcombe for you and the dog.atb dell I know i was lucky mate, i also know i was a right feckin idiot too. Thing is mate i never thought twice at the time i just threw my jacket off and in i went. It was a couple of hour after i realised how stupid i had been. Yes i knew the water wasn't deep, but what if i'd slipped etc etc...As you said it's a good outcome and i'm very thankful of that.

    Glad you think it's funny lads, i'll tell you both this i hope it never happens to you. You would probably just leave the dog to feckin drown especally when one of you has only just come out of nappies but claim to know everything about whippets... I did what anyother genuine dog lad would have done, admittingly it was stupid but i saved the dog all the same... It's strange how some folks get a kick out of other folks misfortunes, just goes to show how single minded and childish they are i suppose...     I was walking my dogs on there usual walk yesterday down the side of the chesterfield canal on land i have permission on. Vixen was on the lead with a coat on, Fern was off the lead walking to heal (as she always does) and Mojito (my whippet pup) was also off the lead walking at my side nibbling on ferns ears as she always does. Everything was fine and i noticed a lady walking along the towpath on the other side of the canal walking towards us. She was walking a boxer. When we got level i heard her calling puppy and obviously thought she was shouting her puppy... She wasn't, she was shouting M
