  1. Trouble with the media is that they have now put so many lies about us to the public you are either a rich b*****d riding roughshod over the peasantry or a badger baiter or illegal deer/hare courser. It would take a huge swing to make joe public think any different. Trouble is if the likes of fieldsport channel were to make something then joe public still wouldn't see it as its a dedicated channel without broad appeal.

  3. Slightly off topic but was in the bank today and some massive bloke covered in tattoos walked in with a pekinese under his arm wearing a little pink jumper.
  4. Nice pics. My kids went to a 40's day at Crich Tramway Museum and absolutely loved it.
  5. My wife's uncle used to do some racing over there. He also sponsored Webster & Hewitt side car duo. His name was Dennis Trollope. We went to a bike show in Nottingham when my eldest (15) was a toddler and he was allowed to climb all over this side car set up much to the disgust off several leather clad adults.
  6. Once had a mate who was a bit of a wannabe satanist and invited them in to see his coffin and pentagon. They fooked off sharpish.
  7. I guessed this might happen when it was reported that their vehicles had been taken away for forensic examination a few days ago. There were also reports that he wasn't in the house at the time the fire started. As Simo says they were on the Jezza show and one line of enquiry was that it was somebody who was jealous of their "celebrity" status. How the fook does appearing on that pile of shit make you a celebrity. Just shows what things are coming to.
  8. Benodet area is fantastic, stayed at Point St Gilles but there are plenty of sites around.
  9. the sap can cause blindness if it gets in your peepers... A couple of years ago I was cutting a hedge and cut through some euphorbia and got splashes of sap in my eyes. Within minutes they were burning like fu(k. Several bags of sterile water and lots of litmus test later ph got back to normal but had blistered iris. Certainly wouldn't want it again.
  10. Nice pic Mall, and good to meet you today. Nice dogs too.
  11. Didn't seem as many dogs today as in previous years, maybe the heat was a factor. They had the right idea taking the hounds down to the lake, even though one of them pulled out some rancid dead fish.
  12. There was a programme on tv a couple of years back about a landscape designer building a garden for a family but showing it at chelsea because the client wanted a gold medal garden. Serious money involved.

    Cider

Got the hangover of hangovers after a party. The locals had picked the apples then set about the serious business of brewing ready for this 50th bash. Like the best stuff it went down like you were drinking juice.
  14. Was in a book shop and one of my kids was browsing through some nature book by Chris Packham and he was going on about how good it was he had rats living in his roof.
  15. Apparently filmed by monitors, some of the charges were dropped part way through the trial. A fourth person was acquitted.
  16. That bloke? is not for real, I wouldn't want him near my kids. I thought I'd seen it all with his fox on a lead and in its own flat but when he went to the freezer that was the final straw. he should seek help.
  17. A fantastic achievement. Can't believe the organisers wouldn't give her a medal, she deserves one more than most but good on the runners who donated theirs.
  18. Prick from the arsepca sitting next to a woman attacked in her bed by a fox saying that despite the evidence sat next to him foxes do not attack people.
