Never seen a semi auto on our shoot. Most of the guys use No 5 shot. Those ducks go bloody high, and very challenging. Not much help, but a start!

I've bought a few cheapies, however, there is nothing more annoying than a bag that doesnt snugly fit your equipment. Take your setup to a dealer with a good selection and try them for size. Well worth it IMHO.

Phone the dealer that originally sold the car - they may have a record of it, or take car to any Peugeot dealer, they will remove radio, check numbers and give you the code ......... used to cost a tenner.

I think, If a rabbit sees a shiny lamp waving about, it wont matter what colour it is, its still an alien object that the rabbit may link with being chased or disturbed. Just because it's dark doesnt mean that fieldcraft is not necessary.

Started with BSA Mercury, then Feinwerkbeau 127 sport, 12 bore, AA 410, lastly CZ452! Still got all the old ones too.....happy days!

Thanks Sauer, I will be using an upright fridge (tall one) stripped of all it's domestic clutter ..... roe should fit in there fine. Bit of mesh over the drain hole to stop the flies, and Bob's your uncle. Will also be used for chilling beer! Thanks for your advice!

Couple of questions.... What does a "Larder ready" roe weigh? What temperature should it be stored at? How long should it be hung before butchering? Thanks stalkers!
