  1. Nice looking bitch fella, best of luck with the sale WAB
  2. Your quite right Shamo, but genes, good working genes, need to be proven, and not by looking at dogs and what their ancestors have done only, they must be proven in the field, worked and worked and then worked some more . Yes you can breed from a dog that is from 100% working lines that may not have been worked at all, and possibly breed as good as the litter mate who has had his arse worked off him to earn the right to be used as a stud dog, I know which I'd prefer to breed from. You pays 'yer money, you takes 'yer choice.
  3. What colour does he look when he's in the dark I wonder ?????, I doubt he'll ever see a feckin hedge never mind a hole in the butt of it!!!, Feckin Muppetts, I bet there will be some daft twat with more money than sense who'll take a bitch to him though, and so the tale will continue, grips my shit people like that.
  4. For fecks sake, someone just go and get her, it's a snip at £100.00; they'll be wanting a free bag of dog food and a new collar with it next, stop messing the bloke about, if it's wanted bad enough it'll get collected. Hope it goes to a good working , and permanent home. ATB with it fella. WAB
  5. My old mum had a knee replacement operation and had some huge staples put in her knee, when they came to pull them out, I "aquired" the staple remover from the bin as they were chucking it away , hygiene and all that, fantastic tool, although before that I used to use a circlip plyers, the sort you can use for internal and external circlips, just make a deep scratch on the two end bits to help grip the inside edge of the staple, Bobs your uncle and Fanny's your Aunt. Good price though, £10.00, thats a bargain.
  6. Skin staplers are the best thing since quick release knicker elastic, Shit hot....
  7. Do the Calvertons come with a hood, or fixings for a hood fella ? Are they waterproof?
  8. Heres another for the dog carousel i fear !! Jaysus man what on earth are you getting rid of a tried and tested and loyal bitch for ?? You must have a lot of confidence in these pups that your bringing on. Have a good think mate just in case you regret your decision before she goes.
  9. Second hole down from the back of the neck, first hole is the mixen ................
  10. Free to good home, and a lovely looking animal mate, thats a VERY generous offer. Hope it all works out for you. Good luck.
  11. Beauties, real beauties. Best of luck with them fella, ATB
  12. Glad someone else has asked 'cause I didn't know what the f*ck all this bumping was and why people got so uppity over it, now I know. Class dismissed.
  13. Doesn't really matter what size they are mate, if they want to get there, they will. Nice looking pup though.
  14. Nice one Stig, have a drink on me fella More of that sort of thing is needed for the "up and comings"
  15. Sometimes just a block of ice in malts, anything else would be disrespectfull.
  16. I have some Sept 08 hatch Light Sussex Cockerals to get rid of. Hatching Eggs were bought from Edward Boothman Yorkshire, they are his own utillity strain. Also 1 RIR Cockeral same age. Am in mid wales. Collection only. Sorry no pictures. Cheers WAB PS THEY ARE FREE !! HAPPY NEW YEAR
  17. The ones with dimmers on are the best I think. You have complete control over temperature without having to f*ck about with the length of string/chain.
  18. Glad to hear your dogs gonna be ok mate, how lucky you are, listen to this yarn, Sunday before christmas went out for a dig complete with lurcher, approaching our first spot , the dog jumped a fence, only it was a double fence, just starting off from a straining post so going out at an angle. The dog wasn't coursing anything, just jumped a bog standard fence, only landed on the barb on the other side and was hung up, I ran over to him and lifted him off (not an easy task with a caught up bull cross), but off he came, I noticed something under him and thought it might have been a flap of skin
  19. Listen to "Songbird", what an unbeleivable singer.
  20. I have read all of these books, if you keep Bull crosses, it's a valuable insight into their makeup and what makes part of them tick. This isn't a plug by the way but Stratton Bull books are really very good. Good luck with the sale matey.
  21. Try EDRD Magazine. Theres a feller that advertises "veterinary supplies" in there. You used to be able to get most stuff from Ginger French, but some f*c*er dobbed him in and he did a stretch. Theres no justice anymore. WAB
