  7. It's nothing to do with strike mate. It's nothing physical at all. It's in her head. When she matures she'll be fine.
  8. I knew there must have been a mix up. Inan, you don't 'have' to buy another book, if you want to keep Scooby then keep it. It's only a book. However, if you don't want to keep it then send it to our armed forces, as per a thread in the gen talk section. it's up to you matey........
  9. Baw got what he wanted, he did not post anything about hunting, just insulted people. A troll. That's the kind of thing that stops people with real knowledge posting. They can't post for fear of getting pounced upon and ripped the pi$$ out of. Some people just don't want the hassle, and it's a shame.
  10. Any ideas...it looks copper to me, with hand embossed patterns on each side. I was wondering if it could be a bit of bracelet????

  13. Nice to see. They're making a bit of a comeback around these parts. Tree sparrows are very nice, but Dunnocks get my vote every time, I've had a few of them over the years when I had my aviaries.....great bird!
  14. Nope, me either. As you say, loads of Lappys and Curlew, the field in front of mine is chock full every year. We had a GS Woodpecker here last year, knocking feck out of the electric pylon (wood) last year, it'd be nice to see him again and our resident Spa will be getting herself ready to give our flock of hedge sparrows a bit of stick come nesting. Though my fave birdy thing last summer... Hearing that shrill call and looking up to see two or three Buzzard specks circling high in a blue, blue sky and not a cloud in sight, now there's summer for ya..! I don't think they would be a flo

Ok.....lyrics to the real Imagine, : Imagine if you had a lurcher, It's easy if you lie, But it's much easier on the internet, Even if people make you cry. Imagine all the real dog people, Keeping dogs today......... Imagine all the real dog people, Laughing at you today..... Imagine you'v
  20. Maybe location is more important than actual tunnel type?? I trap in a garden for an old lady as she hates rabbits. I have about five traps set in various places but one spot in particular is a real sweetspot. I've had more rabbits in that trap than the rest combined, as well as stoats, squirrels and rats. And all it is is a plain wooden box. Funny old game isn't it!
  21. That looks like something a pro trapper would use...
  22. I'd like to see a thread titled 'Baw's season'......... Just to see how much gear his imaginary dogs didn't catch! :D
