    I use old clean plastic chemical buckets with airtight lids. Each will fit around 20 good sized rabbits in. I use these more now after the wife found a tick in the young lads ear last summer. She wasnt impressed and thankfully it hadnt gone too deep!! We tend to hock and hang then transfer them into the buckets, but there will always be fleas that wont abandon ship until the last minuet.

    To add. This subject is not mentioned on the buy your first gun articles for a reason. That being this forum is not here to show individuals how to fettle their guns in order to wind them up. If you are in doubt. Then ask. There are many lads on here clued up who may offer help and advice. Failing that. It's a trip to the gun shop.

    Your asking a big question which ultimately has a lot of answers!! Simplicity on fettling depends on the gun. If you don't have a clue then leave it to your gunshop. They are not going to remove it from you. As for folk not checking and again having no idea. They would not be my concern. It's up to you to ensure its all above board. Ignorance is no excuse.

    Some new guns do. It happens occasionally. If you get a second hand gun and it's over then it's your responsibility. In both instances it down to you to check. Get yourself a chrono. If it's a new gun as Toby said. Take it back. A second hand gun, get it fettled
