  1. I was in the tackle shop in west bay last saturday and he said it'll be another 2 weeks for the water to clear and then the plaice fishing will kick right off down there, folk were just catching rays at the moment..
  2. Again sorry for answering for another man but yes they are all goldfinches, they aren't native goldies but maybe siberion/sibo's (spelling??) as native ones only come in normal colour..
  3. I was just lucky in that i had the time to sit and watch at that time in my life, these last few years i just would have missed it all myself due to work,But i just gave them the space and the things i thought they might need to breed and they did the rest ,some times it was wonderful, other times bloody heart breaking mate...
  4. Not to be rude by answering for another man,but yes it and it's the same as the one in the first pic, just hung on the outside of the cage, they have a door that opens on opposite side to the open one the bird uses so you can check the nest without having to shove your arm into the cage and upset the birds... Agree with bringing the sunshine into the section Gnasher and it's making me miss them that bit more...
  5. I had a good pal/hunting partner who hated my birds due to the time i'd spend with them and not out with the dogs with him, then one day we were sat in my garden and i had divided up my big aviary into smaller flights with pairs and trio's in.It was summer and i had just about every stage of breeding going on in them, courting and treading in one, nest building in another right up to chicks being fed and fledglings being fed.He turned to me after watching what was going on and said " That's smart that is and i f*cking get it now",he sat for a few more hours and never once moaned to me about my bi
  6. Some of them poor lasses won't have a choice to not have some fat w*nker pumping into them while breathing his retched breath all over them....
  7. I'm a ground worker as well as having terriers so i always have a spade in my boot and i'd have used it on those dirty feckers in the same way a copper would use his batton,if they had died then stick me in front of a jury and let them decide what punishment i should get.I recon i'd not get long and a few quid for the story when released would soften the time spent behind the door... Best wishes to you bud and hope your family stays safe......
  8. The black trash are at it as well, look up the latest Tommy Robinson video ..
  9. Cracking mate and i wish you both the time of your lives,on you tube there's a fella who lives just up the road from me and he has a you tube channel called "Simon man in the woods" and his lad is maybe autistic to some degree (my ignorance in knowing what exactly it is ) and he takes him camping etc and young Tom is a brilliant lad who is so inspiring when you chat to him and i can see you two having as much fun and games as i know Simon and young Tom do..
  10. Every week i have a day when it all comes back to me just how stress free life can be and how bloody stupid i have been by letting all this material crap i have around me back into my life,i can honestly say at this moment i have more in my life in money, motors, boats, fishing and hunting gear and other material crap than i have ever had but it does make me worry about stuff i shouldn't be worrying about more than i ever have in my life.So yeah mate one day will see me back out there with feck all but everything i ever need,,,...
  11. Just trying to help ease a mans problems in these hard enough times ,i know i;m saint like but if the THL massive can't help each other out then were doomed i tell thee...
  12. I grew up in a sort of middle class family,i say sort of as we were better off than most working class families i knew and i love my home comforts but as i have said many times before the best most stress free days of my life were when i lived in a bow top wagon and cooked on a open fire. Most folk would look on and think i had f**k all when i had everything i ever needed and nothing i didn't need in my life to worry about.
  13. Will do and they have BOY on at the moment and i think that's the same director as the wilder people film, not quite as funny but seems ok so far.....
  14. I can call over the suffolk norfolk border with a ordinance survey map and you can show me where all your old unneeded permission is/was and i'll lessen your worry on who'll have it after you've gone north,no thanks needed either stiff....
  15. Hunt for the wilder people....last night one of the kids got it on amazon prime or some other thing i pay for but i did get drawn in to it and a funny bloody film it is to..
  16. Best of luck and i do like the extra lighting in the dark bits of the shed..
  17. Best of luck with them mate, can i just say if you paint your wire black your'll see your birds so much better and just use outside gloss and the plastic covering one full side will warm it up in there when the duns out and native birds can withstand our native weather and if they have a roost out of the wind they will be fine.I used to use scaffolding netting when it got winding and was raining into the flights as it were and just rolled it up and tucked it under my roofing sheets when it was fine weather..
  18. Anyone know anyone with it yet ?,,i do and she's in a poorly state but still at home rather than the hospital and she has breathing/ lung problems anyway so will soon be learning a lot more of what it's about....
  19. Not without getting into the wiring, the fuse box will just cover upstairs lights, upstairs sockets, down stairs lights etc and not just isolate one room as such..But i'm a ground worker and not a sparky but that's how my fuse box is labelled..
  20. I'd say yes but your'll have a favourite hen and the cock will just use the spare hen as a shag sort of thing when his favourite hen is nesting and she'll be on her own when it comes to rearing them as well ,i used to run a few canary hens in my flights with the native pairs to sort of take the pressure off the native hens when they were nesting as some cocks can hassle their hens off a nest and ruin a brood. It worked for me and the mule nests were a bonus type thing but can you not split them up in a triple breeder and run the cock with one hen one day and the other another day, might very wel
  21. Someone's got a few quid, ,but stunners mate and all the very best with your season ahead and keep the pics coming please. ..
  22. I know barristers who have no idea about the real world and are really as thick as shit, but they can talk there talk in there world...
