  1. And don't forget your mates with extra terriers ,allways worth a punt asking and good going bud.
  2. A mate of mine has a starling his dog brought in as a bold little chick last year,it talks and can say some rum old words .It has a thing about hair and will peck out your eyebrows if you let it,allways wants to be on your head when it's let out of the cage.never would have belived one could talk until i heard his one.
  3. Those "mates" as you put it,are they the ones who you passed on dogs to which kept them in sh*t conditions and ended up getting nicked for?(most know about boadicea) and as for rejecting it's me who has feck all to do with people like that, wonder why there's plenty of folks who'd slap you glen(them inclueded as they told me).Have your say and keep blowing that smoke up yourself, now go take some more fishing rods off of kids on your river and brag about it (like you did when i was sat in your house)and be the big i am in your own little world oh great one .Prick.
  4. Cracking day by the looks and Mr B and Codge do love that spade work don't they
  5. Who's baiting glen?,reread what i said"if i don't ask i won't know" but as usaul you just have to talk to folks like a c*nt and be the big i am.Not even you can put your life on your own dogs peds being totaly true so don't start the wyremead's the most traceable and best bit and i'd suggest getting a spell checker as some of your big words you can't spell, saying that i've seen a ped that you wrote with more than one spelling mistake so reliable they ain't either.Breed clubs with the likes of you,sue and the jones in charge, peas in pods pal and your all as bad as each other. So no don't want to
  6. Like i say Glen no rows and if i don't ask i don't know sort of thing, what % of russell does that make scamp then and please correct me if i'm wrong(i'm sure you will )but any % of another breed does make a dog a mongrel and like i say there just a true to type breeding mongrel,no discredit to the type just how it is.Also whats the homestrain as you put it?.As for also the breed clubs etc i the same as others aren't leaving the breed because we were thought of as doing wrong it's just most of us are sick of the closed shop attitude and the blowing smoke up their own arses attitude most club,s
  7. Well done for getting the dog some care asap and well done on the hunting front.
  8. Look on it as a new begining, out with the old in with the new hassle free, hunt when you like and pay packet all for you life.Best of luck but if it turns out to be just beer talk then just guilt trip her for the rest of the hunting season.
  9. I'll second fat twat as well, plenty of talk yet never talks about his own fireside dog.darcy a close second he even writes books as just typing on here ain't enough keyboard talk .
  10. Least the dog was getting close and as for the likes of black/white the name shows how bright he is .
  11. Not getting into another row about plummers but most owners keep their dogs till death and don't breed until something better comes out then get rid, progression for the breed?.Yes in a way but at what cost to the dogs who've been used and are then unwanted rejects as there's better about in the breeders kennels?.Not all lads either have enough space to kennel a number of dogs so have to use what they have so maybe they are still breeding dogs with faults but then has a fault free plummer ever been born in any kennels?.As for plummers russells thats what he called them and wasn't it others like
  12. Heard a cock phesant rising and then a shot being fired as a ring tone once, thought that was a good un.
  13. You might get a foursome in the back mate,oh not that sort of dogging motor .As for a decent motor get it sold quick.
  14. Cheers Glen,i wasn't being picky just saying how i saw it .As for Tangle i thought imo he was a lot better specimen than Bo is and was also a proven working earth dog,as you know my bitch is out of him x coalville sandy and she is all i want work wise in a plummer, maybe not the best conformation wise but i'd rather have a worker i can rely on than a rossette winner. She has cerbi as both grandsire's and may not like i say be the best looking thing and does have a smallish head but what she lacks in physical substance she makes up for it in ability and has entered before and is a long way ahead
  15. Nice strong looking pup that mate, all the very best with her
  16. Now Glen your'll propebly shoot me down here but ransom and the others to my untrained eye look like they took after scamp with the look of the head on them, i know spike was cerbi's litter bro who was scamps g grandsire but he ain't cerbi.
  17. 3 words for what you needed mate, high lift jack .
  18. Should get the lad round and show him this thread and what the working terrier lads think of the little t*sser, give us his number and i'll tell him what we think.Give out his address and most would show him what we think .
  19. Have a search for the acd, kelpie x topic mate 20 odd pages of good reading(until the rows start lol),sounds like a typical aus x though bud.hang in there with it and although times may be testing for you the pay back they give you is so worth it,best of luck mate.
  20. And you wish every plummer terrier dead but you feed and have bred from yours, .
  21. Good to hear what we all knew anyway about you and the game mate ,welcome down anytime you know that and we'll save some for you .
  22. That dog of mine is bred the way of Scamp x a wyremead bitch(kane x eire)mate,as for the snipey nosed bit bbb.Well seen enough pats with snipey noses and as they saying goes it ain't the size of the dog but the size of the fire it has(well something like that anyway ). As for fat twat flap cap when are we ever going to hear what your dogs do(if you have any)as you mate are a digging machine, big enough mouth for shifting earth and a fat enough head to be used as backfill.
  23. Don't matter if it's your dog or not if your in the terrier game you stay till the dog is out safe, don't matter if it's hours or days you fecking stay.Good man for saving the dog and keeping the dog away from a looser like he seems to be. Digbert thanks on the dogs behalf.
  24. Used both today in a b*st*rd of a place and both were as good as each other, the ortovox box imo is a bit more sturdy than the b&f but the b&f collar is imo more bite proof than the ortovox transmiter. As for the arrow bit ignore them and go with the readings and they both make the same horrid bleap when in use, just adding it was such a sh*ty place we used both boxes(dog had a b&f collar on)to make sure the readings we were getting were right.
  25. Cheers lads,i use him as an all rounder.Bushing, ratting, ferreting(can and is used along side a long net)dog and he has had soil on his back and seen the job through. Not saying he's a world beater at all but he's not let me down and will have the chance again this season of more earthwork, his son has also seen work in a few dry pipes and also seen the job through. As i did with my plummer bitch give them the chance and a few out there will do what is asked of them.
