  1. Ah just done same here too ,even on the I pad .Government crack down on smiling I guess ,how dare we .
  2. ?Obviously some way of weeding out the plebs .Fine here.?
  3. Will be a few decades before we get to cull any mate .Legally ?
  4. Good write up Ian and shows the importance of knowing what the f**k you are doing .I’ve been in same position with landowner shining a torch and I’ve had to tell them in same way to shut the f7ck up or do one . Some think it’s easy and it certainly can be but when your used to your own company or one trusted mate it’s so alien to have a gringo along shining lights and talking .
  5. Ok so forget Photobucket ,they are wankers anyway .Had people for ransom on their pics . Is it pics on the phone your trying to get on here if so your only way forward is open thl in your browser and do as suggested with posts and pics .
  6. What’s the point in getting them back if the goal is rewinding anyway .
  7. Do you view on a pc mate normally .I view on an I pad mostly which is synced to my I phone so all pics transfer automatically .Photobucket has a mobile app which you can add pics to from your phone that also appear in your main account under mobile uploads . Modern laptops ,pcs have WiFi which you just link to your phone and transfer .
  8. Please do mate .Does it weeken the forend for a sling fit though via bottle grip .
  9. Tbh Chris the old rapid mags are superseded by 17 shot printed mags that are just as reliable if not more than the original and don’t rattle in your pocket either . Only a purist would want that mag but good luck with the sale .
  10. Ask on the rapid forum lads .I’m sure there’s a direct link from rapid to fx .
  11. If it’s spare mate I’ll have it foc ?.I’ve got 3 d printed mags tbh so not needed but if it’s collecting dust ?……?
  12. This just appeared on my memories on the I phone ,not sure why but it’s a buck mate shot years ago in Dorset .Just converted it to a gif that plays on here .??
  13. Cracking fox that .Love to have that on the wall .
  14. You have to ask what triggered that though .1 aggressive dog attacking another that escalated or a pocket full of treats she wasn’t giving out .
  15. Called plenty of owls just with a mouth squeak mate .Unnerving when they want to land on you talons outstretched as happened few weeks ago . Myself and son were stalking last summer in a meadow with a barn owl quartering the grass .We we’re in the middle of the field and it came to within a few metres broad daylight .We saw it catch a vole or something and make straight back to a box the farmer has up .It usually has jackdaws so the owl did well that year .I might put a trail cam on it this year to watch them if they try again .
  16. Just watching a flock of mixed tits on our fat balls as I type .Blue ,great ,coal and a long tail .Havnt seen a finch in the garden all winter .Starlings ,blackbirds ,tits and a pair of robins ,grey wagtails around the pond and a wren in the rushes .Sometimes get a black cap and dunnock . Wish Id kept the aviary tbh with all the finches and a pair of jays .
  17. Ffs ,some fuss over a fecking hole ain’t it .Lick the mud in the entrance mate ,it’ll tell you all there is to know .
  18. Your eating too many mushrooms ??
  19. Out with the rapid set up in .22 .The rapid has been a favourite of mine since I was a boy tbh .Probably the best pcp I’ve ever owned .Just before dark ,I pulled up at the dairy farm I do and the farmer said could I shoot any jackdaws that were crapping in the feed passageway .Carefully walked up the line of feeders and sure enough there was a corvid ,back to me and head down .A 50 m shit with the fac saw it spread winged and still . Back to the van for a coffee and then a look round for a rat or two .First one paid the price for stopping too long followed by 7 more .Numbers well down
  20. In the woods the dawn chorus never stops unlike suburbia .The noisiest are the corvids if it’s a roost wood followed by pheasants coming down from roost .The chorus of small birds usually blends into one unless you are aware of the individual calls .Love being in the woods at any time but that hour before dawn is the best for me .When sat in a high seat the things you see outweigh any blank session every time .
