Today I had the misfortune of an invite as a guest at a shoot in Oxford .Remember the word guest . The “keeper “gave a brief safety talk ,all good so far ,it then went a bit Pete Tong . After the talk he asked for the guests ,4 of us to see him by his truck .Off we toddle to be told he needs some money off us !!!!!!! £80 .Well I was a bit taken a back tbh but went along with it and just thought he seemed ok must be a good day ahead of us . Possibly mate .We saw a very white, large badger in Dorset while back and in the half light we both looked at each other and said what the f**k is that .This one was from Dorset too .

What colour is that mate .I’ve a badger that’s been described as leuchistic . Pink eyes ,pink feet and brown where black usually is .I’ll take a pic and put it up when I’m home . I love the odd stuff tbh .An albino puma ,leopard would make my life complete .

I hang fire mate .Materials are slowly coming down .Labour isn’t but the materials are roughly half the labour on any job over 2 grand .Seems to pan out that way for me anyway . The land will never lose money mate so don’t fret .If you’ve accounts at any building merchants ask for a monthly pricing brochure either hard copy or email and it will show a trend in materials up or down .Some planning is need mind and a whole lot of luck based knowledge on the market .Good luck whatever though mate . -

Funny how things happen ain’t it .The security light has just gone on outside so I went to the back door .Usually a rat or the smoke from our wood burner triggers it but this cheeky fecker is eyeballing the fish in our pond ..He’ll get 3 strikes and then it’s curtains I’m afraid .Nobody locally has a cat .It looks well fed to me .Dog kennels just to the right out of view ??.Some guard dogs they are ?

In life mate ,if a man’s true to his path he will take on board others words and bank them .There are very few people that I would take their word as gospel mate .Probably 3 at best who are all on the same wavelength as myself and require 100% before saying anything .I’ve heard the same from locals here who all tell a fantastic tale of large beasts long tails and sleek coats but sadly it’s a no show on any of the several cams I have out on the very same land they are supposed to be spotted .Back in the snow ,the same thing was seen apparently but it left only dog prints ,large but not cats .

Under paye mate ,you should be bought all you need to do the job by your employer ,if not it should be in writing those materials are covered in your pay packet that should structured around that fact . Im afraid the haves and have nots will alway be the case but it’s nothing to do with employed or self employed .

Forget the money mate you can gift that as DC said .Put the house in trust with your kids as trustees .It’s a long drawn out process but well worth it .Do not name your kids spouses though for reason you’ve said .
