    I've been asked several times why I've not produced a choc ,red dog out of NS stuff and the answer is as above .20 odd years of breeding blacks has established a strong gene that even in its 7th generation to NS origin has not been diluted .

    A young keepers dream .In the days of gibbets [or gibblets lol] our head keeper used to pay for vermin on display and laughed at the mutilated corpses hanging up minus this and that .It was pence ,a relic of a bygone day when keepers were payed on performance .We got our money at the ends of season ball and competition was fierce between the 4 of us to be top earner lol .Photos from my diary 1986 ] l][] ][] Photos of photos ,can anybody spin them round please ?

    This for me at least is the way to go for flat roof .No major weather issues after laying .Cheap and long lasting ,no sheets therefore no joins .Expands contracts job done .

    Welsh Red .Not trying to belittle you either mate ,just going on what ive seen .That roof system you put a link up for Devon Fighter is very expensive and no better for it .Two ways of insulating a flat roof 1]insulation just above the ceiling height with air gap between the top boards 2] insulation on top the boards and between the finished coat which requires another support layer of sheet plastic .The rubber finish ive seen and used on jobs is roller applied from a bucket .See you tube on alternate flat roof coverings

    You need to get up to speed pal .Of course the individual sites will have different needs but health and safety applies to everyone,its just tailored to needs , from the tea boy to managing director and liability if proven will reach from the top downwards .Private land is no different .If theres a serious accident HSE will be informed and action can be taken on anyone acting carelessly whoever they are .This is why we cant beat burglars ,why your dog cannot bite the postman and why i spend so f***ing long in the office writing up reports to change a f***ing light bulb and why new builds cost

    Whippet ...im not trying to be clever ,just straightening facts mate .Health and safety does not differ from site to site and should anybody see anything they arnt happy with then its up to the individual to address it .I write out countless method statements as well as cosh and health and safety .If a machine driver is asked to rescue a terrier ,he is covered by same legislation as a driver on site .Long gone are the days where the punishment ended with the employing company ,its now down to the individual to asses his own actions and can easily end in a jail sentence for a wrong move .A mat
