  1. I wouldn’t get anything too small as you’ve got 2 bushing dogs, and you’ll just end up with 3 bushing dogs.
  2. Where’s the best place to buy a striker and 22amp battery pack?
  3. Stunning pups.. especially the one in the middle of the first picture
  4. I tend to remove them in the daytime from their mother at about 6/7 weeks.. I have a day time run that I make which is like a puppy pen. It’s perfect for handling them, especially as I’ve got kids and all there friends picking them up daily. Then at night time I put them back with the mother. I do this until they are sold .
  5. I’ve had coursing dogs as well behaved as my other Lurchers.. sit, blind stays, etc.
  6. I had one that i bred. Great all rounder. I’d have another no problem. She was out of a 1/4 Bull bitch to my strong coursing dog. So she would have only been 1/8 bull.
  7. Great topic Fuji.. when your dogs are chasing the big fellows… how much distance do they cover before they make contact? Are they often out of eyesight and you have to rely on the tracker collars?
  8. I’ve got one. It’s too small to be a decent all round Lurcher but she’s a great addition to the team. Good bushing and ferreting dog. Goes to ground and very obedient. Great pets too and good in the house.
  9. That’s a good walk that. Great pictures too. How far do you track your dogs after a day out?
  10. How far do you think you walk on a days hunting up on the hills? Have you ever measured on a smart watch or anything? Looks stunning.
  11. I’ve got the pulsar . It’s £2400 but it’s really is a good bit of kit. I can see pretty much everything from mice close range to deer and foxes sat over in the next field.
  12. How much do you want for them? What’s your location?
  13. What’s white rock? Like mermaid board?
  14. I use a plastic litter tray.. makes cleaning out so much easier as the piss dosnt soak into the wood.
  15. There’s a Facebook group. But I’ve got my own hob, as in the past my Jill’s have needed to see a Hob 2 or 3 times throughout the summer.
  16. I agree with the comment about shooters wiping stuff out with the thermal. Foxes are so thin on the ground where I live as nearly every fox that gets seen, gets shot. No squeeking in lamp shy foxes anymore..
  17. Just to add, both daytime and night time.
  18. Absolute game changer for me.. the amount of extra game that you see is double… stuff sat in hedges or dykes or on the edge of woods… plus your not making them as lamp shy.
  19. Here’s a question for the lads who poach on here… has anyone actually drove a car through a fence or set fire to a barn or tractor… I personally haven’t and I don’t know anyone who has.. yet you hear these stories all the time… so come on, own up, who actually been man enough to set fire to a farmer’s property??
  20. Well my flame hasn’t died yet. . I still love getting out at weekends and lamping in the week.. plus the odd early morning before work hunt. And long may it continue.
  21. You definitely get to see some stunning places while hunting
