  2. i used one on my bulldog as she started to bark in her crate, 5.30 every morn! no reason at all if i got up saw her then went back to bed no prob. put on the collar first bark just pressed the vibrate button from bed and she stopped barking, no problem now. would not use one for any reason when i was actually with the dog as i think that takes away your own authority and is a bit of a cop out.
  3. Good luck with the litter pal, look absolute belters! awlays messers, years back I had 3 people leave 50 quid deposits then never come back! probably the best kind a messer but still then needing to find homes for 3 pups that are ready to go! Hard work!
  4. Cheers topper got mine too, neighbour took it as wouldnt go through letterbox then fecked off away for a week!! twat!! Top man and good stuff. Cheers
  5. mate of mine had an old bitch off him a few years ago, went to see a pup with another lad and came home with bess collie x she was at the end of her days to be fair but for the work he does ferreting she never let him down and knew her job! shes all but done now and lives in front of the log burner!

  9. now then stig are you a forest fan? always been a wednedayite myself but my Grandad won the cup with Forest in 59 and always folled and had a soft spot. sad to see the way both clubs have gone over the last decade or so from where they were.
  10. lol. Irishman so the fox is shot and 2 more move in! Where did these 2 come from were they cloned and left the same numbers in the original spot or do they just appear from fresh air when a fox is killed? one fox gone is one fox gone, 2 fox gone is 2 fox gone, 3 fox gone is 3 fox gone, do i need to carry on or can you work out where im going here! not everyone wants to kill foxes this time of year but due to circumstances sometimes this in unavoidable! bit like seeing your bullshit posts on good threads dont really want to see em but its feckin unavoidable!!!
  11. Forest massive team! and signs of the times that they are where they are! huge city and should be massive support like there used to be, both sheffield teams the same and all comes down to bad ownership rather than bad management. to many multi millionaires buying as a hobby/status symbol with feck all knowledge of the history of the clubs and even less about the game! gone are the days of the local business man done good running clubs as a business for the good of the clubs! Wish pearce well in the job and believe he will make a good manager, but not too sure the sandnigger in charge will le
  12. I'll disagree on the gay marriage bit .............it's 2014 ffs if two people want to tie the knot then let them crack on I say. I'm not a fan of the institution itself but two lesbians want to tie get wed then I'd be all for watching the wedding night shenanigans Ill agree with you RAW let them get married, why sould they be happy!
  13. the litters was magpies, and i got one of the bitch pups and absolutley over the moon with her, just turning 6 months old mand running me feckin ragged, just what you expect from what works out as half x beardie grey! she can seem feckin feral at times! but got high hopes for her the breedings there and from early signs the potential is there too. couldnt believe my luck when this litter came up and there were still pups left! thats when she first came excuse the bulldog pissin in the next one but only recent one i gotr of her stood still! lol last one shows shes really thrown to the
  14. She was shaping up ok work wise but unfortunately she was a destructive deranged dirty b*****d and I couldn't take any more of her behaviour. The people who own her now are happy with her though??? sounds just like the brittany I had! if things wernt what she wanted chew something, make some noise or shit on it! when she was working fantastic but at the time couldnt work her all day everyday! do they work it or is a pet? as I reckon the brittany would have made a great pet if it was a pet but as a worker it had to be a full time dog!
  15. would be interesteds to see a brittany x work had a pure brittany and had all the balls nose brains and stanima you could wish for, put a bit more speed into this and would make a great potfiller! litte headstrong was trhe only downfall and the bitch i had was a little needy and jealous over other dogs! would love to see this x work tho!
  16. good job meyler didnt play for arsenal, chelsea or man city or he would have gone down on his arse rolled over a few times and took half an hour to get the game started again! wasnt a real head butt and as a hull city fan im happy to see he didnt act like hed been shot!
  17. for me depends on the warrens, little 3 or 4 holers in a hedgerow bolting for the dog or netting ill go without as easy to follow and dig if required or not usually a long wait! anything bigger that goes deep ill coller up everytime! each to their own but cant be arsed to waste half a day waiting outside a big warren waiting for a fert thats got holed up wrong side of a bunny!
  18. Pardews a feckin joker! nicked a career as a manager and done feck all! A club the size Newcastle deserve better! Shame Meyler didnt give him a poke back and put him on his arse!!
  19. great right up jigsaw! look forward to more! get youself one of them sledges and get yourself a well bred american bull it will do the biz on the stinkers then pull them home for ya, mine pulled my five yr old girl round the feild for miles on a sledge just like that, 2 slip leads attached to her harness! or forget the bull get a sledge and get a harness for your lad!
  20. should this not be in the wanted section??
  21. might sound stupid but do they let there dogs in the loft and can they not keep them out of there? and if the dogs were taking care of the problem then there would be no problem! can you not sell them a good terrier and forget the posion??
  22. i would try magpie off here his dog galan is a great example. not sure if he does stud out so a pm would be best! i have a young bitch of his breeding and am more than happy. also from what ive seen on here birds dog bryn is another good collie x dog that may probably throw good collie x lurchers and im sure both would also want to know that the bitch is up to standard too! good luck in your search!
  23. Looks like the pups found a good home and hope he does his new owner proud! there are people who only want a pet dog ad a companion and for that working ability shape or form dont come into that, and ive had them dogs myself companion/house dogs that were ugly as feck but earnt their dinner every time i locked the door! hope the ferlla does his new owners proud cos other than that nose hes a handsome shape of a dog. worker? no! Loooker? No! but if the new owners happy to feed and take him in then job done! seen plenty of good looking dogs that didnt make the grade get fecked over and poassed f
  24. feel for ya lads but for once up this way its been great! quite a mild winter and the flood s aint hit us really at all. was ferreting just before xmas and was finding young in does, the biggest problem ive had is that the mild winter has left a lot of cover and was getting nasty nettle stings last week! but its grim up north! hope it picks up for ypu boys down south and the flooding subsides! stay safe lads!
