    I found out by accident a few years ago, when shooting my friends left handed anschutz, that I could shoot a rifle left handed as well as right handed. Don’t know about shotguns though, that’s a different style of shooting that I haven’t fully mastered right handed yet??

    I can see the logic in your choice of rifle Ian, with the adjustable stock for your grandchildren to use. Hopefully you will get on ok with it...? edit to say, the wildcat panther is very good on hmr, good choice.

    I’d give the express hunting steel a swerve SD, the ones I had were shite. I had ducks that revived and squirrels hit but not stopped.

    Same here, none last month except for 20 grain cci at £22:99 for 50 ? Hornady now back in stock. My hmr doesn’t like the Winchesters but ok with all other brands, but the most accurate are the 20 grain cci, typically the most expensive.

    I fitted a Dr Bobs quick fill to my rapid. You remove the valve from the bottle and fit the quick fill assembly to the gun where the bottle used to screw in, then screw the bottle into the new filler/gauge assembly. I needed to cut a hole in the stock for the new inlet as it’s an in-line fill and gauge. V configuration are available as well for the rapids, not sure about bsa’s? Simple enough job Ben. If you get one and you aren’t confident fitting it let me know. ?? just seen the link, even easier than I thought then?

    I haven’t tried any zan slugs yet, but the h&n 21 grain are brilliant in my 700mm stx barrel. I think they’re 217? I was able to cut string with them at 100 yards, astonishing for an airgun, but that’s how things have moved forward I suppose?
