they f****d the coal industry, steel industry, fishing industry, why would farmers be any different?

it's not as straightforward as it looks, the million pound exemption can be claimed individually, to cut it short if done properly you can have a valuation of £3,million before any tax, then it's 20% instead of 40%,no sympathy for greedy b*****ds anyway, by the way the figures are chancellors own words this morning.

nothing in politics surprises me anymore, saying tories are finished is way too premature, 5 years ago Labour were finished, the biggest defeat in history, the corbyn fiasco, Labour would never be in power again, I believed it, 5 years later in power with a big majority, personally I wouldn't vote for either of them

jealousy is the lowest form of wit -
once her nose is down she's away mate, when she's on to something there's no stopping her, the beddywhippet has steadied up as she has got older, works a lot closer to me now.

mooching in the afternoon mist, dog's working the hedgerow, across the dyke there is a row of trees amongst nettles, brambles, ground quite boggy, I was scanning the trees looking for a shot at woodies with the catapult when I saw this chap about 4 feet off the ground, I thought is he dead or asleep, a big dog fox he never moved until I said now then are you asleep, he lifted his head looked at me for a couple of seconds then he was down and off through the brambles.

100% bang on there

it's a changing world, it was always a battle of wits really, they didn't know who or how many were behind the lamp that was shining and you didn't know who or how many were coming to you, too old now for that and even in my prime built like the gable end of a 5 pound note I will carry on mooching about like the old fart I am.

that's the way things are going now mate, I would definitely have another whippet, you can mooch and have a bit of a run when opportunities arise, scruffy little beddywhippet doesn't attract attention either, little Jill and half a dozen net's in coat, only picking up 1s and 2s but I am enjoying myself.

I get it online, no prescription, had a Jill with something similar on her leg it cleared up in a few days.

I use a cream called dermisol for dogs and ferrets, think it's also for cattle and horses, it seems to work on most stuff.

Whippets, thickets and working dog classes

we didn't have a great start, this was just mooching at 6 months, she gets her share of knocks but is highly committed and is catching well. -
Ben banham on ebay, not the cheapest but good choice, just had some from Billy fowler also in ebay a lot cheaper and good quality

I only shoot a lighter setup due to arthritis, I have wrists like Larry grayson, I find. .65 and 9.5mm steel is up to the job for hunting or anything else, I like precise, silinxiate, jinpu, sumeike all are good.

thanks arry, is there a chance it could be a penny bun?
-
anyone any ideas what this is?
-
I didn't know we had any of them in here

never had a ped dog until now, my whippet bitch is bred half brother to sister, looking on whippet pedigrees it looks a common thing and with good results.
-
good shooting mr W good to see there's a few about, do you think you will be getting the nets out soon?
-
you keep going on about your middle class upbringing, good job merchant navy sorted us brothers out
-
this is really for us older generation, as it will be obvious, I know it's different times, less quarry, new laws, country full of do gooders, it's hard finding good well bred pups, getting good working stock ferrets is a challenge, do you think dogs of the past were a higher standard or are we just looking back through rose tinted glasses?

Anyone been out? What’s everyone shooting
fred90 replied to Jake w's topic in Catapult & Slingshot Hunting
raw, and a bit of high protein biscuit, sardines, eggs. she's never been above 23 pounds but she is high energy, never stops when she's out. also I think she as thrown to the racing side of her breeding. -
it divides opinions, he's young so time yet, what some call sticky others would say no interest, personally I like a pup using it's nose early, wanting to find out what's around the corner, I would rather have to reign a dog in the have to gee it up, the keener the better.
