I watched a film keaton did, it was true story of the rise of Mc Donalds chain. Was a very interesting film.

Agreed keaton was great as batman. But for me it's Christian Bale awesome actor and probably enjoyed every film I've seen with him inn.

Aye the little old dairy farmer I get milk and cream off for work is struggling. I could get it cheaper but i don't to support local small businesses . Also some of the other farmers who come in my buisness are starting to diversify. One is doing camping and opened a cafe were u can walk the dogs. Another is doing hog roast nights. Just trying there hardest to make some coin. Will have to see what the budget brings, but it won't be good I am sure.

YouTube is amazing. Honesty I haven't watched telly in years and years, I actually can't remember the last time I watched a tv programme. To chill out it's either a film on my bent firestick or YouTube always something fascinating to watch or learn about. I watch all sorts from fitness to hunting related, cars, travel programs , wild camping , archery . I also like things like vids on people opting out and living alternative life styles. Just all sorts really. Better than Ian beele or Roy cropper or re runs of heartbeat lol.

Wolfie look at the XOP EDGE MONDO saddle hunting kit . That’s what I bought a complete kit in a box with saddle platform and all the rope age u need . Just need to add climbing sticks to it. It’s not the lightest set up. But I read loads of reviews and watched loads of YouTube videos on it . It was the high safety aspect that was the deal breaker . At 51 years old I ain’t gonna bounce like I used too , so I have no plans of absailing out a tree with no ropes lol. The saddle is a 2 in 1 harness. Means u can connect to the front for saddle use or connect from the back to use in traditional tree

Am up for anything wolfie, just trying to think out the box. Bow hunting is illegal over here so I will just shoot 3d targets from the saddle and just use it for camera work and observing wildlife. But I was surprised at what budget full set ups there are if you look about mate.

No bait, was going to try a few different spots above regular runs I’ve been tracking. Am also going to try photography from a ground blind and see just how close I can get with the scent blocker and nose jammers ect . Just trying new things and enjoying the ride mate

Danger is my middle name ! Seriously did my homework and saddle and climbing sticks way to go. Never done anything like that before so I’m down canal half way up a tree wondering which is linesman belt or bridge belt or teather as they all the same colour, but sussed it and felt safe tbh. Will practice a lot more. Am just spraying one of the climbing sticks now in garage in camo . coz thinking I can set my platform up at dusk and leave it. But just take the first climbing stick down and leave rest and platform up there . That way no one can nick it . But I can get it up up real quick in dark b

Reason for a saddle , less bulk to carry and easier to conceal if needed . Actually more comfy than what I thought. Need knee pads or a tree cushion I think . Got a gear/camera hanger coming and some scent wafers and nose jammer . Also a 2 step hang n bang aider so hopefully I can start first climbing stick high up . Am all over this lol

Not a stand pal a tree saddle and climbing sticks. Only got delivered today. I get all my parcels delivered to my business premises so it came this morning and I opened it up. The staff looked at the saddle and rope and said is it a sex/fcuk swing lol and was taking the Mickey out of me lol. Got some more bits and bobs ordered. Just took dog for a walk earlier and had a quick mess with it. Am impressed with how quick it goes up, am going to spray the climbing sticks camo and put some stealth tape on them so they don't clank and are noisy.

I honestly can’t agree anymore . When I think local were I live . Only as little as since Covid . The standard of living has gone down. Run down houses , fly tipping everywhere. Just society breaking down in general. My dad has a canal barge and he says we’re he is , he is starting to see immigrants/foreign invaders now walking down the tow paths . Which he says he hasn’t seen in 30 years of boating. Really sad mate

Me too, my old runner is 12. I won't own another running dog now, not worth the hassle and myther . I've too much to loose if my kite was plastered all over the local rag and social media. Don't get me wrong it's still in the blood. Other ways to have a bit of sport and fill the freezer . Dog wise my next dog will be a small terrier cross or a cocker spaniel for mooching with the cattys and retrieving off water. Plus the days for getting stopped when 4 hours away from home in the middle of the night up north or down south with a couple of lurchers , lamp , blade ect are over me now. I know som
