any opinion on a stainless barrel
Deker replied to fiona22's topic in Rimfire, Centrefire & Shotguns
Will the fox notice your hands and face, the stars and moon, the house/road/car/farm lights in the background, etc etc etc, whilst being inconspicuous is obviously a good idea I don't know of anyone who has lost a fox due to the glint of a stainless barrel! BUT, why do you want one anyway?- 7 replies

4 x Pairs of Power Drivers and Horns, these are high power professional equipment and most have covers as shown... Main drivers contain 2 x HH Acoustics DC80LW, these handle 160 W Continuous RMS, some 400w each cabinet PMPO, with horn addition some 500W max EACH Driver/horn pair, and give Full range quality sound reproduction. So in real terms there is the capability of circa 2000w handling here, or circa 800w RMS. Solid and rugged, these are not your cheap tinny bedroom speakers. Any questions fire away? Sell as a lot, £250 total. You will need to collect from Rea

It is a free world and you are entitled to an opinion but these are PLUG AND PLAY. People buy Rolls Royce and Range Rovers and Upgrade/customise them, people buy Ruger 10-22 and Remingtons and commonly throw most of them away and "improve them". The NS IS plug and play in the VAST majority of cases, and MANY people, including me, use them VERY satisfactorily that way, if you want to get more then crack on. ATB Deker

Seems to me that Mods get very personal, everyone tends to rate what they have (except a few T8 owners ). Some may well have seen this picture before, it is the setup I have had for several years and they still work fine, fully stripable and EVERY component part available should you ever need it (which I haven't). Not a bad price in a ripoff area and not a bad weight. There will be many opinions and views and I make no suggestion these are the Best you can get (however you want to define best), but they do for me. Predator 8 COMPACT, on my .223, .243, .308!

can anybody help me out with a deer i.d?
Deker replied to armchair _hunter's topic in Deer Stalking & Management
I haven't come across any but there are a few muntjac muntys were introduced a couple of years ago, supposed to be doing well establishing themselves. there's no roe that i know of, there where years ago but where all killed off. Out of curiosity, who the **** would want to introduce Muntjac and why, don't you guys have laws about non indiginous species? Muntjac will eat anything in the woodland and are likely to cause more damage than any other deer! -
I'm building a new Pest Control Website and I could do with some original pictures Please! I need Deer (Any UK Variety) Red Fox, European Rabbit (Not Black ones), Grey Squirrel (Not Black Ones) Canada Geese, SPECIFICALLY. If you have pics of Rat, Mice, Wasps etc then I'll be more than happy to look. ALL pictures must be of LIVE animals in the field.....I have plenty of original pics of all of these but in the majority of cases they are deceased, NO good! There are plenty of sites I have looked at where I can either download pics for Free or for literally pennies, but it occurred to

If ammo was hitting the mod previously you do not drill it out, you check the barrel thread and bore centres and check the mod alignment! Plenty of sub sonic ammo goes super sonic, it happens all the time! Just the same, nobody can answer this without more info!

There are still many RFD who will not do it without proof, generally to do with their own business insurance, but this is wondering away from the topic now!

.243! I have .223, .243, .308, pretty much the only time the .308 comes out is for Boar or Target work. The .243 knocks down every deer in this country and with the potential of the 55-58g ballistic tips is an exceptional Vermin round as well!
