    Sadly I actually leave the boat and join the real world each day I work in a dementia home and do regular courses on the subject so you just carry on taking your scripts and report back to me if you ever make 50 let alone 60 keep on munching those kebabs sitting on your arse pulling levers as long as Google tells you it’s ok you should be just fine you complete melt

    Cholesterol makes up a portion of your brain and I’ve read a few papers recently about cholesterol reducing statins causing a massive rise in altzimer it’s not the same when you in your 20s as it is in older age cholesterol is not as bad as they make you believe just to push statins on every fecker likewise blood pressure is the same it naturally rises with age now get off Google and open the curtains there’s a big real world waiting outside once you overcome the agoraphobia issues

  12. Defrosted the fridge today and found a portion of nettle soup in the freezer compartment from last summer, tastes much nicer than it looks can’t wait for the spring the nettles and wild garlic to come round now

The younger generation are pretty f****d I had a lad in his early 40s working in the home and we got locked out in the secure courtyard, I said not a problem we can just walk round and hop the gate, it was quite embarrassing watching someone 20+ years my junior floundering about for 10 mins trying to climb a 6 ft gate which I hopped in two mins they are either full of energy drinks and Macy’s or pumped right up on the juice covered in tats looking like peacocks but pretty useless either way, don’t we sound like our dads lol

Your not wrong there mate when I was up there last year helvellyn was on the opposite side in the cloud and the helicopter is buzzing in there most nights rescuing poorly equipped people I was with a former sas lad for one night that lives up there and is into his fell running etc he said body’s are regularly found around the bottom were they just slide off in bad weather, I always carry enough gear to just bed down f**k walking off in cloud fog and snow
