Sorry I,m not in Yorkshire, but recon it will be the same anywhere, I have a huge tidal river outside my house and about 8 mile up the road there is a large weir were it meets the fresh water, this weir is in an industrial estate, but you can go through it and cast off the wall, the sea trout sit there waiting for the rain or a high tide to take them up over the weir, it’s free fishing almost out the car window and a dozen sea trout a night on spinners is possible ???

The space station is not travelling at speed to us it comes into view quite regularly, looks like an orange star but orbits a bit quicker than the stars as it’s closer to earth, my daughter has a good app on her phone that you just point at things in the sky and it tells you what it is ?

Done a few like it in my younger days but still rather people just paid what they owed, it’s usully big firms screwing over one man bands, everyone has a breaking point and taking food from a mans family is a quick way of finding it

Another?for peanut butter, everything from mice upwards love it, even badger,s will travel miles for peanuts, used to have bird feeders up in an old allotment near my house and would take the kids over after dark to see the badgers cleaning up any peanuts the birds had dropped, ???

Have never used shop bought ones, but have heard from people on here that have had all sorts of shite some of it takes longer to tie on than it takes to break, it,s also nice to try different tapers,width,s and lengths ?

It’s about a fiver a meter mate and that’s around 125mm wide, so you can get 5x25mm strips width wise which gives you about 30 bands 25mm wide and 150mm long ?

Do you actually want to work the dog or literally just have it run alongside you whilst you jog, as these were specifically bred to run along side, but any healthy dog would be happy with that job

Everywhere seems alive with squirrels round here,my little lurchers getting pretty good on them just wish he would,nt bring them back alive, get yourself a mtr of band and a cutter if your going to get into it otherwise your bands will always snap when your just getting good

Just ordered 3mtrs orange and 3mtrs blue along with 10mtrs 1745 natural latex tube from China should kee me going over summer have a sheet of tbg but am trying to move away from it for something a bit longer lived ?

Found a goshawk, last year that appeared to have hit overhead power lines, really sad as I,d only ever seen one live one in the wild at that point and find a few owls usually tawny,s which is always sad, kestrels seem to have had a few bad years round here but saw a few more last year so hopefully it’s there turn, never thought I,d say this but I see more peregrines,buzzards round here than anything else with sparrow hawks next, no of a small wood that has hobby,s nesting in for the last 2/3 years interesting little birds, that I,d never seen before ?

I just have mate, at 57 I,ve just taken a part time 3day week job spraying carparts still be doing odd bit of plastering for family and friends but have to accept the body don’t want to play anymore, have had quartazone fired in my joints and epidural in my spine for years but enough is enough, hope it works out for you whichever way you go but recon a good physio will squeeze a few more years out of you

Been a plasterer way to long and working with my hands above my head for long periods of time plus a bit of extra neck muscle and it happens to me all the time, medical answer is the muscle gets tight and knotted which pulls your ribs up enough to trap nerves or cut off blood ,have pin, s and needles down my arms and cold tingly fingers a bit of physio normally gets things moving for a few months also bag of frozen peas and a hot water bottle alternatively on the affected area ?
