I think in the uk, if you sell a house with a problem nieghbour and fail to notify the new owner you are liable to pay back a percentage of the price, but that would need a record of complaints prior to the sale either by the seller or other neighbours, I would also advise restraint because worse case you could end up neighbours for years and it's very easy to become a bit obsessed over these things and end up dishing out a disproportionate response, start keeping a log of it as well because if you ever make a complaint they will want records, so best be ahead of the game, goodluck with it wha

Imagine my surprise last year when I saw a vulture fly over my house in avonmouth, not once but two evenings on the trott, turned out I was not hallucinating it was a lamaguire vulture with a 9ft wingspan, they recon it was a young bird from a release program in Europe that had got lost, a pretty amazing spectacle especially the distance it could travel without flapping its wings

Sadly that's not your call to make mate, I can gauarantee things are moving along slower than I,d like admittedly, but still in the right direction, it's not all just about producing a perfect picture or a dead body there are meetings going on with shooting and conservation groups, the police have to be involved and there are papers being drawn up by professors and leading vets to support our claims, none of this is headline grabbing and it's all done for free at our own personal expense in people's own spare time so really your guarantee is not very valid and totally unstabstanciated sorry

In my younger days we spent all are spare days at a local lake, one mate never went home for 16 weeks and ended up with a robin living in his bivvie it would sit on his sleeping bag every morning and wake him up for food, if I only have a few maggots the fish in my pond get them but if I have lots I just freeze them all and use for bait next time as live maggots bury themselves in silt were as dead ones lay on the silt and make a good visual attractor
