My grandkids are 3 and 4 and both speaking Spanish they have picked it up from my daughter who is learning it from a phone app, kids are like sponges and will pick languages up quickly if we bother to teach them

There is still a place to flourish for the young if they are taught right by there peers, if I was starting my innings again I would probably hit the road in an horse drawn vardo while laughing at the world going mad around me chasing stupid dreams and being led around by the nose, every ones dad for decades has said things ain’t as good as the old days, maybe if we changed the tune we could change the outcome

Busy weekend down at the house in Bristol first thing to meet perspective buyer then travel over the bridge for a few hours on the wye with DC and chaff before driving back up to Gloucester for 24hr babysitting duty’s then a couple of miles in the rain with the dogs so just sat by the fire with a big fat crusty roll cheese tomato and ham watching some shite on the box while the rain beats down on the roof

Lidl’s or Aldi make a copy for about a fiver I,ve had mine quite a few years with no problem

I popped across yesterday for a couple of hours, river was well up chocolate brown with trees coming past every few mins lads were having an enjoyable time and chaff was still getting a few knocks on the tip close in, any fish in those conditions will be a bonus but still good to meet real people from the forum and I,m sure a good weekend will be had by all

It’s just an O ring gone in that big gnurled screw on bit, new O ring or a bit of silicon on the thread see you right if you don’t fancy changing out the siphon

Hopefully got a few more things to sort out then I,ll try and pop over for a few hours this evening, sadly have three viewings arranged on the house this afternoon and in the morning so won’t be able to stay over but would be nice to spend a few hours chewing the fat in good company and nice surroundings
