  1. ill borrow that..ill need it for when I go get an impact
  2. I applied for my fac a few months back and thought I might as well tag a sgc on to the application .. as I shoot a dairy farm for rats and ferrels, the owner docent want me shooting them off the roof and clogging all the gutters up so I cant get near them!! until now.. so I bought a semi so I could get a sound mod as to not create to much noise for the cattle. then I realised I like using shotguns so I bought an o/u off a mate at work, I like the idea of more traditional.. so today works gone t1ts up and ive got a few days off so I decided to have a crack at the woo
  3. Was talking to my mate in the shop about them and he said the same as you above, just saved me £70? Art-attack time got a bag full of old beat up ones to go at!

  7. all these kids are hanging out for the perfect job on a plate!! we all know in the real world unless you a genuinely intelligent you shouldn't be at uni... but you cant call someone a thick cos its not fair so we fund them on the road to know where! 8. gonna be an impact im pretty sure! been watching this and if it wasn't so bloody far away id of snapped it up, been after one for years dont like the bullpup crickets, that cocking the rifle in your lug hole is sh1te.
  9. im with you on a few things you've pointed out jon.. but having hold of one tonight with a view to parting with some brass I gave it a proper going over! all the weight is in that block, its machined like you wouldn't believe and it becomes clear why it costs so much, the bottle is solid as a rock and balance is bang on... the star point for me is the picatinny is milled into the block, im sure some of the dovetails on rifles ive owned aren't parallel/true. been toying with re reggin the .22 cat and scrapping the cat mk3 and just getting an impact cos it could be ages before th

I tried pulling the fcuker to bits and its solid as you like! there are a couple of nice fac ones on gun trader in .25 for a bag o sand but there in Devon and Cornwall
  11. They have started all sorts of skills collages up here and engineering schools that you can go to when you hit your last two years of secondary... so hopefully there will be some smart kids coming through because the wave/aftermath that blare brought through was fcukin shocking! I’ve got 4 kids who all like shooting and fishing so I’ll keep the balance going up north? there are loads of lads still into shooting and the dogs round my way so the field skills will still be about for a while?
  12. You made a good choice, it’s without doubt the best of the two! the wild cats the more farmyard friendly out of the two when it comes to getting covered in sh1t though!

  15. fx dont go to wild on there walnut stocks, especially not to warrant the price difference! the trades gone mad in the last couple of years, there aren't enough brickys up here to cope with the work load so its name your price time the x wives are loving it they've both bought new motors...fcukin csa
  16. good call Mitch I like laminate stocks but I think the crown looks way better in the synthetic stock, only thing is they do mark if you bash them on fence posts. there must be a powder lad that has a pulsar thermal down your way! just got back in from pricing a job up and im off to do some test panels at 7 tomorrow morning so I can have the rest of the day to myself, gonna be flat out for the next few weeks..this fx pulsar combo I want int gonna pay for itself
