    yeah.. thats right, if its set at 100yrd its only 100% parallax free at 100yrd! ive got scopes with fixed parallax and ive had to take the ring off at the front of the scope and adjust the lens to a happy medium for air rifle ranges! not saying shooting deer and foxes at range is easy but when you've only got a sub 12 air rifle you need every bit of help you can get! but a fixed 100 for a powder burner is a good happy medium

    looks good that jon the scope covers look a lot better on yours than the ones that were on the evx I had, they were flimsy and didn't shut properly! think that window things supposed to line up with the windage side so you can see your parallax easier! yeah sack work tomorrow and go enjoy your self!! atb si ps... ive ordered you the Stargate pack

    you've got a good point there Rez... id welcome any change in format! I just watch far too much youtube, the kids are always on the bloody ps4 so I cant get near the telly hence why I watch so much!! Dave cracks me up, hes got the same approach as me just hes a lot better at it!! lol this ratting vid although graphic shows how good some lads are, its not easy using nv round a farm on the rats shots can be 10ft to 30/40yrds!! regardless of pods and sticks... personally you couldn't pay me to lay on the deck at any farm I go too, there all sh1t holes hence massive proble

    I had that problem too but it got fixed within a coupe of days... works fine now!

    cheers outback.... could of been a lot more if it wasn't so cold.. we had two coffee/smoke breaks in that hour and took it in turns with a spotter... not that you needed it really, they were all over the spot.. I looked down at one point and there was one sat about a foot away the terriers had a crack at it last night to get the numbers down! atb si

    I wouldn't be using it during the day Phil so I wasn't to bothered with daylight performance... like pav said it'll work fine during the day, its just down to weather you have confidence in the sighting set up! you cant physically see the flicker with the naked eye but ive just aimed it at a black board with no ir on and you can see the flicker through the scope, as soon as you move onto something light it disappears... long and short answer... no atb si

    pahh.... your kiddin matt, the place I need to go to is on the top of a cliff and its blowing a northerly off the sea if you dont get on with screen nv's the photons are cheap enough for a punt, me and my mate get on fine with them... 42 rats on Monday night in an hour, we called it after that cos it was that cold I couldn't fill the mag back up
