    couldn't agree more vm... I've had and used/tried all the above rifles and the 97's and 95 suit me just fine! the prosport and tx were pellet on pellet off a bag/cushion but seen as though I don't cart anything like that about the fields there no good to ME.. got full confidence in hw springers and they don't have any of the buttoning or delrin bearings... is there really any need for them cos aft a home tune the hw's are smooth as you like and equally as accurate! all down to personal preference.... all I know is I won't be buying any more air arms springers!

    This is the mount I use to use on my xt pesky! it was a bit of a pain to seat properly but once it was on it was sound its got the reducer witch works well cos you can juggle it so the beam centres the scope! The rt I got to replace the xt has a better ir so I’ve not needed an extra and the weaver rail is a lot chunkier atb si Ps... I dropped my mag in a load of rat pi55 and cow sh1t the other week

    looks a nice set up that jimmy! if I was you id set it up at home, its best to get it in the right ball park first then adjust it to your yardage zero when you get to the perm... just give me a nod if you need out atb si

    yeah we go to Gibbo's, not so many rats about now.. I knew the lad who use to do the poisoning/pc but it wasn't working and costing more than the job to do it, we went from 100's a night down to next to nowt! think there are a few lads hitting them fields with the dogs, the rabbits are sparse on the paddocks over the rail line!

    its got to that time of year when the campsites close so I can get back on my nearest pigeon perm its a nice little wood that runs parallel to the site with a beck dividing them! got there for the last couple of hours before dark and had a brew with the owners! took the two woodys within the first hour.. I only saw three so I'm happy with that, first one leaning on a tree at about 30yrd and the second was a free hand close high up a tree! decided to wait it out till they all returned to roost but it wasn't to be... found a nice tree thats split off into fo
