    £3.75 was all i paid . Got talking to the vet about the price other vets were charging and she just laughed she said greedy b*****ds its a standard amount half a mg or summit like that forgot the exact amount.

    Quite a budget you have there but being realistic for what you need it for a decent springer is going to be the order of the day. Weirauch do some decent springers and so do airarms . Half decent scope and mounts and your sorted. As you said its only for the garden bunnys and most of the time it will be sitting in the corner. No need to shell out on a daystate or any of the dearer rifles on the market when a decent springer will do you fine. Good luck with the gun and rabbits atb FV.

    Liver fluke mate noticed younger rabbits are quite prone to it . If you have ferrets just remove the liver the little buggers will demolish the rest .

    Plenty of the buggers up my way had a few with the ferrets bolting them to the hawks . Pure black with a slight fleck of grey runnin through but only noticable till closer inspection. Think freddy is right about the melonin thing sure i read that some where .

    Just got meself the same scope mate and i ain`t got no complaints with it spot on . As for the 410 i have one same caliber cracking bit of kit they are .

    Some sound advice to be taken on board and no need to be changing gun or pellets just a little fine tuning and you will be sorted rember behind the eye and they die atb FV.

    Bloody hell Buster the back of your car is like a shop lol. For me the norm cammo gear on face veil and gloves. Pellets ,spare mag ,latex gloves ,knife and game bag . Night gear lamp and all the above and a little led head lamp great for reloading your mag and getting over fences without having to light up the whole field . If its going to be a full day or night stirrup pump comes along aswell cheers FV

    Unlike you andy i stayed in and watched the footy bloody torture it was we deserved to go down been total shite all season . Went out the night to bang some lead in frustration 4 rabbits 1 crow and a jackdaw that did the trick lol atb FV
