I never said he was a TOP trainer, I don't know what classes or races he competes in as I've no interest in it, I happen to be in said mans yard on a different matter and seen this, right or wrong he gets winners on a regular basis, no need to be getting aggressive or angry with me, I've done no wrong, only stating what's going on.
-
I won't put his name up, not my place. I'm only explaining what I've witnessed, the man has got plenty of winners down through the years, must be doing something right.you seem to be getting a bit worked up about it, why is that?

Sounds like a complete prick that's talking utter bollox ......Was talking to him earlier, he said the exact same thing about you.He might have but my feet won't be covered in dogs puke ... fukcing idiot ... by the way what's this top trainers name .....Exactly, not your feet or fingers getting puke on them so don't be getting all worked up about it, relax, he'll still get winners regardless of you opinion. What's his name ??????.........What's your name?

Getting winners all the same.

Mary, that is a very strange one IMO.Does his dog have a normal crap the next morning ? I'd have to spend an entire day with a successful greyhound trainer without taking my eye off him for a second if that's the way he said he feeds. There is no way at all that any animal has taken all the goodness out of it's food within a half an hour. Neil I don't know about the rest of the dogs diet, but this is what he did with the boiled chicken the day I was there, I seen it with my own eyes. I would think the same as you, take a long time for food, especially meat to break down and be digested, bu

A greyhound man close to me feeds boiled chicken to his dogs, skinned, he gives them 25 or 30 minutes before he puts his fingers down their necks to make them throw it up, says they've got the best out of it by then, seen him do it, and he gets winners consistently. My own dogs get dry nuts and table scraps 5 days a week and raw rabbit(only gutted) twice a week, good for their jaws and burning off excess energy, minced meat no good imo. Also I feed warm wet grub if dog has had a hard working day.

How is the red dog going for yea Pablo? Got much with him?

Al this talk of fitness but what about skills training, doing the ball work is just as important, I let my dog out in the garden and blind fold them so as to get them used to going around in the dark, also I get a rope and tie their front and back legs up, this gets them used to travelling around on the belly and on their sides, 2 or 3 times a day I surprise attack them by f***ing a bucket of clay in their faces when they not looking, this gets them used to something digging on in front of them and gets their eyes used to having dirt in them.

Sorry to hear that foxdropper, any chance of sticking up a pic of her?

all well and good saying choose the dogs but maybe young kids/family involved, he's doing his best for the dog given the situation.

Dear Jane, What's going on?

If that thread is the one I'm thinking of it was one of the funniest thread on the Hunting Life. Don't recall much about the thread really, but the dog looked like it was smiling in the tattoo, a very cartoon like portrait, think the lad got a bit of slagging over it alright.
-
It would be a lovely print to have on your wall, tattoo's very rarely look as good as the picture. Seen one a lad off the lurcher section had done of his dog, picture was brilliant but tattoo was crap, maybe depends on the artist.
-
This thread is testament to why more and more lads are going it alone and working away under the radar minding there own business. It has shown that you may not know each personally but seem to know all about each other, looking for the slightest word or action to cut each other apart, looking for tales and rumours to fuel the fire. Jealousy and begrudgery are rotten traits to have. No favours done to terrier men here.

How many times you dig down and nothing there?
-
Why does dog loose the plot if dug to?
-
Were they deep fox dropper, soil looks marl like, horrible stuff to dig in drier conditions.

Hate seeing telegraph poles in the middle of fields like that, makes the skin of my arse crawl, once seen a rabbit dog plough one. Good catch all the same.
-
Why bring every fox back to the road for a pic?
-
Which dog you dig to Pablo?
-
There's always one fella with his hands in his pockets.

Is this a wind up, and all other posts of encouragement, are they also a wind up. The only advice I can give yea is get out of dogs and get yourself a PlayStation.Lollol why ye say that mary? Im far from terrierman but other than the bitch being 3 years old i dont see problem, and even at 3 its his call, he aint trying to sell pups. Atleast not that we know of haha but like i said, he must rate her to have bred herShe had nine pups, and if reared properly then she had them til 8 weeks, and if they are 11 weeks now, then he's trying to work her after 3 weeks of coming away from them, she must b
