  1. Pretty excited about this little guy.. it's been a long wait but will have him here tomorrow some time.
  2. Is anything really private anymore in this day and age with the technology the piggies have these days? Let's be honest,we use devices such as cell phones, laptops, etc to frequent sites on the WWW.. All of which can be traced back to its owners by ip addresses etc.. you are right about what you said Cooney, best to just keep it private and the least informative about your buisness as possible.
  3. Why do we need vouchers?? It's not like it's illegal, it's hunting.. you guys need some sleep..
  4. Would it not make more sense to get his sire and dam ?breed to the dog that produced the bad ass.. story I was told too Cooney.. Yes, the old saying is "Don't go to the Champion, go to the father of the Champion." Just to be devils advocate Neil. The father is a good all round dog, the son is Top Class. What if its the mother of the champion whos throwing the goods? By using the father you've bred off a good all round dog instead of using the top class son who contains the champion genes from his mother....You're both right really. I don't think Bo produced a lot outside of the Jeep litter
  5. But, I do however agree with you.. if it takes you 6 years to figure out what you are digging too, maybe you should hit the field a little more often..
  6. those cold dogs were performance bred.. don't forget to add that very important fact.. a cold dog from garbage lineage won't stand a snowball chance in hell.. the only reason that cold dog produced was because they had been bred from proven working stock and certain genes were already in place.. if not for that, they can't produce something that was never put into them..
  7. This is my view on the subject.. I believe one should test, any working breed before it's bred. There is culls in every litter that hits the ground, who's to say you didn't breed to the cull? Truth be told, you don't know because he wasn't tested. That being said, producing ability is something a terrier is born with, nothing can or will ever change its producing ability as they are born with that particular trait..

Lolllllll, mr lonespade, please, the difference between mild carbon steel n 4130 crome molly airplane grade steel is nite n day , please do your homework before you make statements that will make you look silly, also the handle is rivited on , please my mistake rich, I forget you are plunging 4 meter holes in the earth through slate rock to you hard as nails killers..we can't all be the terrier authority who has the answer for everything. I found about a half dozen comments stating the shovel you endorsed was piles of Shite. I can dig you sharing truthful genuine knowledge, but, your passi

  11. Just for fun, if you had a chance to breed to any working terrier past or present, which terrier would you use for the breeding and why?
