  1. Dough Cake. Rib Eye and Chips. Cheers Arry
  2. I feed raw twice a day but not in their hutch as I find they take meat bones into the nest box. know people that have lost ferrets to botulism, problems from food hidden in the nest box. But who knows for sure. I have a run on the lawn with pipes and hammock and old carrying box. it's covered over the top with polly tunnel plastic. After the evening feed I put a hand full of Alpha kibbles in a bowl, never any left. The one thing I think kibbles is good for is there teeth, it seems to keep the plaque off their teeth. having a mix I think improves their stools as well, firmer not runny.
  3. I'm lucky mate the farm and shop is only abut 3 miles away. Good old breed and you can see them running around the fields and how well they are kept. Not the cheapest but in my view worth every penny. They had some cracking looking T bone steaks the last time I was there I regret not getting a couple. Still theres aways next time. Cheers Arry

  23. Where do I start mate. I actually de-boned a half a lamb shoulder, removed a lot of the fat and cubed the meat froze half. You could use just cubed lamb. Could use Chicken, Rabbit, Venison, Pheasant any game really. I browned the cubed Lamb in a frying pan. Chopped a medium onion up quite small and fried that up till soft. I put some chicken stock and water into a saucepan and on the heat. I chopped Swede, Carrots, Cauliflower at about the same size. I used a potato like a new potato or salad potato that doesn't fall apart. Yes and mushrooms. Any veg you might have.
  24. Wifey is a bit rough so I cooked up a Lamb Stew. Cheers Arry
