Sorry mate only feed Wifey and myself Lol. I don't like brown bread but granary I have grown to really enjoy. Morrisons do a lovely Granary. The white farm house is nice as well. Cant be doing slice mothers pride style bread if you can call it bread. On the reflux thing my Brother-in-Law died of Cancer of the Oesophagus caused by reflux mate. Cheers Arry

Few more mate. Tin of Tuna Tipped into a bowl add some Mayo or I prefer Salad cream mix it up spread in a nice big doorstep sandwich. Tin of Sardines in Tomato sauce (is best imo) in doorstep again. A ploughman lunch chunk of cheese some pickle some pickle onions if you have them maybe a tomato. Brussels Pate. Sardine and tomato paste. Crab Paste. Sliced up Mattersons Smoked sausage. I used to make my own sandwiches for work the night before, the better they are the more you look forward to snack time. Fresh uncut bread is best imo. Real butter. Boiled Egg and tomato. Maybe Egg chopped up mixed with mayo Ham and tomato. with mustard. Bacon and boiled egg. Boiled egg.bacon and Sausage. Bacon and pickle. Cheese lettuce tomato. Cheese and raw onion. Imo the lad was shifting gear in the rave for the two guy in the Air B&B he lost or got robbed of most of what he was shifting. They took him back to their place to see how he was going to pay. Then when their back was turned distracted did a runner down the road. He new they would come looking by car so went off road in a hope he could shake them. Cheers Arry

Still growing think I will harvest some tomorrow or the next day. Tried a few Mushroom kits in the past. Got an Oyster Mushroom kit on the go but not mushrooms yet. The Lions Mane is defiantly the easiest and fastest kit I have used to date. Cheers Arry
