  4. Guys found this coin or metal disk its non - ferrous with marks that look like they have been made with the tip of an axe. It's 27mm in diameter and 1.5mm thick any ideas. Cheers Arry
  5. Thank for that Guss. Obviously bit gutted but got to be realistic she was 8. It was the way she went just stood there looking at her meat in the dish fell over and gone as quick as that. Thought she was just messing about at first she would often grab a bit of meat and run off or just roll around in the grass especially if the grass was wet, while the others fired it back their neck. Well put her in the ground near my old JR and two other ferret that went over the years. Cheers Arry
  6. Yeah if I go like that I won't mind no suffering for a long time just gone. She had a good life and she will be missed she could shift them. Still have her sister who is something special, but never be able to breed off her. Would have loved to keep that line going. Cheers Arry
  7. Well ferrets been in the Run on the lawn most of the day like most days and I give them a measure of meat each in the evening when I take them out. So put the meat out in separate dishes for each one put the ferrets next to each dish they all look fine. Then one just fell over and was dead just a few twitches. Tried a bit of sort of trying to revive but she was gone, shame good worker 8 year old. Cheers Arry
  8. Good luck with that mate. Atb. Cheers Arry
  9. Yeah I'm sure your right. The components look the same but tidier, just a copy of Mk1 box but better build IMO. Cheers Arry
  10. I have a load of fledgeling Black Bird jockeying for position when I put raisins out for them but this little sneaky one just sits in a hole in the hedge waiting. Cheers Arry

  12. Great job Kev as said that is some view. Real craftsmanship lacking in all the new build I see these days. Well Done mate. Cheers Arry
  13. I am lucky being farther south but the saga of the runners was something. Grew a second early's (Nicola) in tubs this year for the first time, put them in a bit early in that mild spell in March. Then the the weather went all tits up I was pulling them in and out of the shed each night. In the end started emptying them out about a week into June and they where a lovely tasting spud. Last tub emptied about the end of June as I planed as we get blight about then. An interesting thing I read about this year is spraying Potatoes and Tomatoes with soluble Aspirin to help stave off Blight

Would have loved to have explored Gairloch a bit more but my family both my Sisters family very restricting Lol. Only draw back in them bloody midges. Was asking about fishing a Gairloch locals reckon was good and it did look good mind was a while ago. Did get up on some of the tops around Kinlockewe views stunning with herds of Stags if you can creep up to see them. Also Red or White throated divers in ponds right on top never seen them before. Cheers Arry
  18. I bought these from my local pet shop. I went in one day and all he had was the red tinted ones. The tinted ones are much better don't get so much of that green alga in the bottom that you us plug chain to clear. Also they don't seem to be as brittle as the clear ones. Cheers Arry
