  1. Put a few fence and peg snares in a field with Nobby, yesterday, checked them this morning had a good few in... Taken about 25 out of the field already using peg snares, and around 200 in the last week using shotgun and rifle around the farm... I've killed ten mixy rabbits on this farm also, but it hasn't really taken hold... Nobby, for your second time out using peg snares you did very well... great stuff mate

  7. I thought the same myself, very irresponsible, doesn't really set a good example
  8. Them are excellent signs a rabbit is using that particular run, but the signs are not always as obvious as the ones shown.... Also look for claw marks in mud, or scratches on wood/branches/brick, were a wet muddy belly has rubbed a fence or branch, flecks of fur on passing objects.. The runs don't have to be as pronounced as them shown above for rabbits to be using them.. but they are good for people to see what to look for If you want to increase the killing area of the loop stretch the pig mesh up using foot and hand to increase height, this prevents having to snip any mesh if you do
  9. Its a shame whats happened to our once great country , the governement are a shambles, instead of getting better it just gets worse and worse.... Their parasites, with no idea of the real world normal people live in...
  10. 1st one the rabbit would probably jump through it if it came through the mesh or get caught around the body... 2nd one stretch the mesh top/bottom to increase size and kill area whilst leaving enough space for feet to pass under... 3rd won't catch anything..
  11. These are good DPCS, mainly because there waterproof and lightweight, ideal for summer time if you want camo clothing... Growler APG

  14. Smoggy you the orginal thread poster, created a very good thread I agree with your initial post 100%.... but as for people coming on here, yes darcy I agree with you... if I have an issue with a site then i simply don't use it, yes theres bad on here, but theres good too... thats the same in every hobby, interest, location you live, etc, etc ... Look at peoples threads and posts, you will see a trend of who actually posts genuine constructive posts and the ones that are antagonist's looking for people biting and to cause disruption.. you don't have to look that far..
