Just loading up the van with some supplies, prepped a load of bait squid/lug,squid/mackerel wraps,few lure rods,boxes of lures etc...drive the coast road upto Aberborth,night there then we plan on driving up to Anglesey and spending a few nights around there ,fishing ,paddle boarding and chilling on the beaches,visit a few castles then on the way back down ,and a few rivers for trout is the plan

I thought magistrates was max 6 months , but if they wanted to give you more jail time, they sent you to crown court for sentencing. Not that I've ever been to court , as I'm a f***ing angel .

Bumble hole itself is quite nice , but most of the area around it is a bit of a crap hole to be honest . I love the early mornings in the summer . I used to love it when we started at 4am , and you could be out and about as dawn broke. I was watching a fox cub in a street at midday today.

i think a magistrate's court can only give a maximum sentence of 12 months ,but you can choose to go to crown

Google Search WWW.GOOGLE.COM You go to crown to appeal against a magistrates decision...not the other way around

People say its selfish an cowardly an in a way it is,but the mind is a strange one,iv seen good strong men with everything to live for just loose it one day over a minor medical problem,he extrapolated it to a major thing an he was ready to kill himself over it,was mad just like a switch had turned off in his head,barely responsive to me or his family,his mind was racing constantly,couldn't sleep,etc he's gran now tho thank God

that can work both ways though you might get the maximum in magistrates but a lot less in crown

I've not been in trouble for a few years Mate,but it used to be that a magistrate couldn't sentence you to anymore than 2 years custody...if your case goes to crown,with a jury then it's a good chance your doing bird

Yep and handing out leaflets on his own in London, don't make sense. The Sun now reporting he has fled the country surely the old bill would have been all over that ????
