The whole event could be filmed by helicopter or drone as indisputable evidence. The authorities are just not trying.

Released without charge pending further investigation… it’s no different, they just keep renewing it ,,,it only applies if they don’t have enough evidence to charge…BUT if you are charged. then you are either remanded into custody or given bail … end of no ifs or buts…
