Just about all councils will be increasing the allowed 5% , tax cuts for business which I guess reform were mostly refering to will boost growth , cutting benefits for non UK citizens will give us billions overnight , along with having the effect of 100s of k leaving of their own accord , saving NHS millions overnight, it's not rocket science just needs a party with balls to stand up and get it done.

The reality is that the most stable price at the pump for us is about 1.30 a litre. Less than that means the oil industry is struggling and will probably stop investing leading to an undersupply later on and a price boom. If you want to get the price at the pump down in a sustainable way either we need a game changing technology to arrive or the government need to cut the tax.
