No idea....not something i claim to be an expert in just watched a few programs about it.....the conspiracy itself made sense to me even though as Tomo says,just seems too far fetched to carry much weight. There were over 400,000 people involved either directly or indirectly. The moonshots were monitored by Americas friends and enemies, including Russia, China, the UK , Australia, Japan and European countries.
