Them ones specially made for Council workers?

I just use it for the hot water. Make the tea in the cup. 👍

I broke mine 39 years ago. Never been  able to work since.

Best flask you can buy. Boiled water will stay hot enough for a brew all day, if you preheat it with hot water it’ll still be hot 24hrs later.

A fella I used to follow a footpack with used to bring 2 large Stanley flasks of soup with him, he would of been leaving his house at 6 in the morning and it could of been 3 in the afternoon sometimes before it was soup time and it was still piping hot, he always brought a couple of bottles of poitin with him aswell but that's another story. Lol.

Drank that one night, about 35ish years ago, at Christmas time.

Some Irish lads that my old man was doing roadworks etc with in Manchester, gave him some as a gift.

Kin el, what a night!!  Lol

I bought a classic many moons ago after seeing the mate with one when out on the boat fishing however from the start it was never any good you could feel the heat through it as soon as you filled it so up the loft it went for over 15 yrs lol then I was on an american site and they were talking about there guarantees so I sent an email to stanley explaining they got back with a Uk distributer who in turn asked me to send it to them , a week later brand new one arrived and is warm for over a day so cant fault them
