Unless you’ve an extensive empire, the issues with property is the inheritance tax and if you need to make a quick sale - if you had a 1M gaff and needed to sell it today you’re not going to get 1M for it and getting the cash won’t be instant I always thought metals like gold and silver (bars / coins) were good choices. Silver is used everywhere and has gone up loads over the years. They also tend to rise during recession and war. It reached an all time high very recently - due to all this Israel carry on no doubt. High end watches I reckon have got to be a good way to move money around discretely, if you had the need. I may be wrong as I don’t know much about watches, but they seem a lot of hassle.
