My 'problem' question was said in a jocular fashion, blacky, not an obtuse one ??

I know furg we must agree 2 disagree about a spaniel catching as much as a terrier from what I seen ratting and bushing rabbits a terrier will kill alot more ,flushing and retrieving  spaniel be better ,flushing bigger stuff be on par wi each other maybe ,and you not got 2 worry about a spaniel pissing off 2 ground and knackering the job up .if you don't agree wi what I'm saying then u stink ?

This springer would mark fox earths, dig and kill rats, would do a job as a  dog at end of a dig, flush fur and feather, very hard and tough shaker of a fox. He's a very old style type, not polluted with field trial breeding. He died bout a few yrs ago. He was used as a gundog and ran with hounds, terriers and lurchers.

Ferteting last week with SeanC who i met off here been mates for 12 years or so now, fished, lamped, ferreted and socialised loads..

Out with Geth (white van man) and Danny (Snifferboy) this Saturday ferreting.. done loads with both of them since meeting on here, kayak fishing, rough camping, lamping, ferreting loads of social things...consider them good mates (don't tell them though lol)

Few others I've had invites from, been out with etc used to go out loads with a mate but not for a while now  but above are my 3 main "hunting partners" now plus my lad..

We haven't always got the time or our times dont match..thats life...but certainly trust them to go out anywhere with...
