It’s been running for years so it’s seen as a success in the public’s eye pal haha

how though ? in the decade or so it’s been running how many convictions as it had ?

it’s maybe seen as a success because of all the flappy arses that have  jacked it has taken down the overall number of reports

The bad news is the new Act has not yet come into force, so those involved will have been prosecuted under the old 2002 Act. Now if you think that's bad and ridiculous (which most right minded people would), then just imagine what it's going to be like once the new Act does actually come into force and rabbits have the same level of protection as hares. It will be absolute mayhem.

In all honesty, you lads really do need to get off the pot and start to get your act together. otherwise you're likely to be faced with a similar situation in England and Wales after Labour get voted into power in about 18 months time.

The RSPCA in the North of Ireland has put forward its case now to have all hunting with Dogs to be Banned . They r using badger baiting as the excuse to ban everyone to even hunt a few rabbits the game is all f****d up .

Interesting in the basc mag regarding Scotland. You can use any breed of dog rough shooting to flush and retrieve. But the dog is simply not allowed to kill the rabbit. Most Lurchers don’t kill there quarry
