Kizzarty 0
I see it's been a while since you've posted, but I just wanted to ask if anyone’s noticed changes in energy or coat condition after using something like Kronch Pemmikan regularly? I’ve been thinking of adding a supplement but don’t want to overdo it if a solid raw diet covers most needs. Curious what combos folks are using now and how your dogs are doing on them. Bippomes 0
I’ve been using stuff from herb-era.com for a couple of months now after a mate mentioned them, and I’ve noticed a real difference in energy levels with my older dog. Their joint support mix seems to help more than the stuff I picked up locally. Prices weren’t bad either. Worth a look if you're trying a few different things to see what works best. tatsblisters 10,936
Last few months due to the increased workload at work felt run down and started getting a few aches and pains in my knees and hip joints. So is there any real benefit in these supplements as a mate who a wile back was diagnosed with an heart condition gave me these supplements and wondered if they would help boost my well being. I take a few supplements, none of those pictured and if I'm being honest I can't say if I feel any different.

Greyman 31,305
Your better off eating plenty of fruit and veg and learning about herbs and berry’s the vitamin thing is a multi million dollar industry and 99.9% of it passes in your piss because we can’t process vitamins in tablet form IE vitamin D comes from the sun and is processed by your skin and can’t be gotten from many foods but every bloke I talk to swear by them it’s just another emporas cloths situation
TOMO 28,462
Vit d3 k2 and magnesium can be a benefit...but as Greyman rightly points out above there is talk that getting in capsules tablets ect might not be that beneficial.... The other thing us of course they might not have in them what they say they have...so many micky mouse companies with flashy packaging....Tongat ali and ashwaganda both supposed to increase testosterone...but I bet if there annalised might not have the quantity in them they claim
