Had a quote today for the resin drive, path to front of house and down the side of my house, just over 7k.

It’s hard to guess without seeing how much prep has to be done but a ruff guide would be up to 50m2 would be between 5/8 grand, up to 100m2 between 9/12 grand, if it’s going onto uncracked concrete then there’s virtually no prep so it would be cheaper

That's a lot of roof, well done , dragged it out a bit mind....lol

2 years on and off (a lot of on! Lol)

11'000m2, asbestos strip, new steel work rafter supports and all new purlins, 120mm composite roof panels, loads of wall cladding, membrane lined valley gutters.. tons of steel beams for opening units, supports etc, new roller shutters plus steel frames to support... its the job that kept growing.. 4 weeks left I reckon. . Got another one down the road for the same customer, owns loads of units.. and the vehicle repair centre that rents most of this unit has 8 of their own they want us to look at, plus put an extension on another .. I'm ready to retire though so Finleys got about 6 months to learn the lot lol

How do they work mate what they rat traps? Queer looking things

Yes traps....the rat goes underneath sticks it's head in and the co2 canister fires like a captive bolt thing....whacks the rat it falls down and kicks its self away in it's final throws of life...

Designed in NZ for controlling Possums...bigger of course...you can get different sized one for different species...

If set on trees for squirrel..they drop to the floor and you can collect them...or of course cleared away by predators...

It counts how many times it fires so you have a kill count...and it links to you phone

Expensive though£160 per trap

Are they good enough to be worth the price tag tomo ?.

I've thought about getting a couple in the past , but didn't know of anyone that has used them.

Honestly no idea mate....never used them before....we have just installed them...the local technician will be responsible for them...although I have linked one to my phone to monitor weather they kill much...

For squirrel they would be great as squirrel are very easily trapped...so a bit of peanut butter in there and I think you would be inundated with dead bodies...

Can get cheaper versions aswell, I’d not waste me money unless it was an extreme circumstances that called for it but know few lads who use them for grey squirrels
