Is this a fairly recent development, wilf, or something that has been slowly creeping up with age?

Or maybe the fact that our government, especially the last few years, isn't even bothering to hide the fact that they are letting most of us down?

Why I ask, is that you you've mentioned playing football etc, in a team, and coaching etc, but for me, even though I've never been gregarious or much of a socialite, I'm becoming even less so, with each passing year.

It was a sort of tongue in cheek comment really mate…..however, it’s sort of true because a few times a week I will hear or see someone saying or doing something and think “Oh f**k off and jump in the sea you c**t !” 

There’s genuinely a chunk of humanity that would be more use as fertiliser !

There are times that I agree with WILF's tongue in cheek comment. I didn't used to be like this and think, is it because I have turned into Victor Meldrew or is it because of other people's behaviour these days? Then I had a moment of clarity, my working week ends on a Thursday now. I get home Thursday evening full of hell and angry with the world but by the time Monday morning comes I am back to my old self, totally chilled and almost hippy like. Then within 5/10 minutes of driving to work I am full of hell again due to the actions of others. No, it's not me turning into Victor, people are c**ts these days.

I think its probably an age thing you just become less tolerant of idiots....i like to think im quite a sociable person i love being around my pals and their families etc.....but being introduced to new people or meeting people i dont know i just cant be bothered that much anymore.

my two male dogs when were near the road so got the lead in a big loop ready to go on em and they just HAVE to sniff up this certain tree or post and smell it and few extra smells and piss up it then saunter over extra slow  maybe spot something else that desperatly NEEDS sniffin and then just slightly turn their heads last second so i miss chucking the lead on them . Theyre off the lead about 90% the time.
